We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United States of AmericaI've stayed in different rooms and the on the wall hair dryers don't work. There's no iron or ironing boards even though there's a caddy. the toilet seat was half off. We have tools on the car so fixed that. They freshly painted the walls grey. They keep the exercise room closed. There's no coffee in the lobby. The fridge freezer won't hold regular size ice trays. There's no coffee machine in your room so bring your own I don't know if they will open the pool it wasn't open when we were there.I can't hear well but every night of our stay my husband complained some woman was talking and yelling loudly at 2-3 in the morning in the parking lot. It's basically just a place to lay your head right next to the 95 highway. When it was 60-70 bucks a night. But now that it's getting more expensive we'll probably stay at a hotel with morning breakfast and an indoor pool and exercise room open.
I stay here because of the proximity to the places and people I visit. The sheets are clean.

United States of AmericaLocation is very good and parking is easy. The casual nature of this Motel is very nice. Everything is very close to the Motel so you don't have far to travel for shopping and eating. Your pets are welcome here as well. The Manager John is very accommodating and always courteous and nice to the guests. "How I wish they make a million like him." (From Tik Tok)...John will do his best to fix any problems that may arise. Good price.🙂

Nice location. My dogs had a great time exploring on the little boardwalk right next to the hotel. The room was big enough to comfortably sleep two adults and two dogs. Decent value for the price.

United States of AmericaWe got a two full bed bedroom and one of the beds was broken. The shower looked very dirty. There was a crooked towel holder in the bathroom. We had no hangers. The fridge holder was missing, so the fridge would move around when we went to open it.

United States of Americathe staff isn’t very friendly. we waited over 10 minutes for anyone to arrive to check us in, and when she did show up, she was clearly irritated to have to do it. it isn’t super clean, not gross but definitely isn’t thoroughly cleaned after guests check out. The sheets were fresh though.

United States of AmericaI don’t like how the rooms are not well kept like they use to be. There isalways something wrong in the rooms I get. The first room the internet did not work or the TV you would think that would have been know prior to having someone check in. The gentleman checked and I was changed to another room. The next room the refrigerator was unplugged and had multiple towels in it. I didn’t go downstairs because the young man at the front desk usually has a attitude and I had a long day at work so I woke up early the next day and told Melissa she said she was going to let Delores know. When housekeeping came in she asked me what happen to the refrigerator instead of just looking. The whole point of me going downstairs was to inform them that the refrigerator was like that when my room was changed. The WIFI is terrible here and most of the staff not all are not welcoming at all. I remember back in 2014 I used to love giving my business to this Hotel because of the person at the front desk at the time. The housekeeping and the WIFI as well as the location. Now it is the ghost of what it used to be. I am most likely never going there again. Also the young man although he is decent this time he was very rude on the phone for no reason.I don’t think he realizes I was the same person that asked him a question earlier he huffed as it I was irritating him. That is not cool at all. I just was going to tell the property I was running late for check in. I wasn’t aware that you can check in anytime with a reservation. I asked him what did he need from me to know who he is speaking to most people at the front desk would ask for your name or phone or even email. I feel that if people don’t like this type of job than they should find another. Most of the staff barely smiles it’s like it hurts them to do it especially Delores. I have to add that she used to be a lot different in the past she isn’t mean she just isn’t welcoming that’s just my experience recently so I just let it be.
I like that location is in Milford close to everything. I also like that a refrigerator and microwave is in the room. Also the long lady at the front desk is always nice her name is Melissa. She has a lot of patience and doesn’t make one feel like they are bother her. Her co working could learn customer service from her.
