We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Rochelle was very helpful and accommodating! She made the check in process easy and we felt felt welcomed! There was adequate parking and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast! The bathroom was very nice, love the backsplash in the shower. We enjoyed our stay n can’t wait to return in 2 weeks!!!

United States of AmericaSofa bed was only for 1 person and there weren’t any sheets and no cover for it. There weren’t enough towels and there weren’t any wash clothes in the room and no pillow cases. We had to call the front desk for those things. Curtains were dirty, shelf in the fridge was broke and the ceiling was leaking above toilet. Elevator was also broke.
