I didn't like that the hotel charged for parking. It is not a huge hotel nor in a big town to be charging for it. I also would of liked for the front desk receptionist to have been more courteous and welcoming.

I liked the location of the hotel.

Lack of outlets on both sides of bed, no washcloths in bathroom, breakfast was seriously lacking by 730am, glad I didn't sleep in further.

Clean, staff was wonderful, bed was super comfy, room was good size.

The bathroom in the room could have been cleaner. Specifically, the toilet bowl and the interior of the tub.

Centrally located. Walking distance to a good local restaurant with outdoor dining.

US Standard in a small town in the West... Room had some smell, but we could open the window... That was necessary, but then it is rather loud because of the street... All together, not so bad.

Well, the coffee wasn’t very good, the swimming pool was very warm, and the hot tub was broken. That’s all I can really say that I didn’t like.

The staff here are super friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean! Those two things are the most important things I consider whenever I stay at a hotel. For the value you can’t beat it!

I did not like the night staff, especially a woman. We asked her for the total price of the room and she did not give any information, she was not very friendly, I also did not like that they charge $10 dlrs. For parking, we also asked for Queen beds and they only have full beds

I really liked the breakfast, they have a lot of variety, I liked that it is clean, the beds are very comfortable

They charge 10$ for parking and you don't find out until you get there. Yeah it's just 10 bucks but it just feels dishonest - I have never had to pay for parking at a hotel (unless it is more than 1 car or something). They just do it to make the price seem lower than it really is!

Clean rooms, good hot breakfast. Location was close to 3 restaurants (unfortunately the mexican place had v weird hours)

The only thing we did not appreciate, at no fault of the hotel staffs, was the alarm going off at 5:55 am and scaring the crud out of us. She notated that she would speak with housekeeping about that and apologized which is all they could do. The lady that checked us in was so sweet and helpful.

We only stayed the one night but from what we saw it was nice. the room was clean beds were comfy and clean!

there was no plug in for our car. a 110 outdoor outlet would do in a pinch, but better still a level two charger would be better. spending two hours at the Honda dealer to get a partial charge was inconvenient. with so many people driving plug-in hybrids like our Chevy Volt it would be good marketing. also, the hot tub was not in operation. would have been nice after our long day at Carlsbad Caverns.

close to downtown and clean and modern.

the windows, walls, and floors were too thin. We could hear the cars passing by at most hours of the day. We heard our upstairs neighbor walking around and talking, and would occasionally hear same floor neighbors. the doors slam really loud if they’re just let go, so we could hear anytime someone else was coming or going.

the pool and breakfast was awesome! the location is near downtown and there a lot of restaurants within walking distance. the bed was very comfortable and clean.
