We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaWe got a handicap accessible room. There We were grab bars.That was good, but the seat in the tub came acouple inches over the edge, making it difficult for my husband to move around. I would suggest a walk in or roll in shower. The toilet was really not wide or tall enough.
Breakfast was very good. There were many good choices and the food was tasty.

United States of AmericaThe hotel is beautiful but additional information is recommended at check in. There was no instruction on how to use the key on the door of our room. I had to go back to the desk and request assistance. Also, the next morning, I went to take a shower and could not get any hot water. After letting it run for 15 minutes, I gave up and washed my hair in cold water in the tub and did a sponge bath in the sink of the bathroom. I called the front desk and the rep told me that the control is "just opposite of what you have at home-point the tail towards the red and the water will be hot".

United States of AmericaElevator was broken but was repaired before the evening ended. The sink in our room would not drain very fast. When I shaved it filled up and I had to wait for it to drain.
Breakfast was good. Staff working the dining area worked very hard to keep up with the multitude of kids in the hotel for a baseball tournament.
