I loved my broken window in my hotel room. I loved the stains all over the floor. It was just a hair less than a Hilton Garden Inn. And I will never be back.

I was at front desk for at least 20-25 minutes while clerk at front desk was on phone. The customer service could use some courtesy by at least putting person on hold and at least saying something.

To close to the interstate. Noise from the traffic interfered with my sleep pattern.

Overall stay was good. Room was clean but had a bit of a stale smell.

When I tried to check in the doors were locked (9pm), I tried to ring the doorbell several times, knocked, after about 5 mins or so, some other customers let me in. The gal finally came to the desk explaining she was in the bathroom, no sign, no note. I of course was very irritated. I had been traveling all day and was exhausted. I probably wouldn't have been so upset had there been a sign. However, Ive worked in the hotel business for many years and cannot understand why the doors were locked so early. Every hotel I've worked with locked their doors at 1030/11. She put us in room 309 that clearly has SEVERE water damage. There were hard ridges in the floor near the AC unit and window, the window barely shut and the outside noise (the highway) was quite loud.

The location was great and even the breakfast was pretty good for a hotel. Wish there had been fresh fruit.

The walls were too thin. We could hear everything in the next room. The kids were loud(not complaining about kids because they are kids)

Great location with not too much traffic. Walmart was behind the hotel and a couple of really nice restaurants next door within walking distance. Staff were all very friendly and professional. The hotel was older but in really good condition. I would definitely stay there again.

I didn't like the fact that when I checked out this morning and got in my vehicle, someone had rummage through my glove box and console. I'm sure it was probably a homeless person because quite a few panhandle and live in that area. I do take some blame because I didn't lock my doors. I didn't like the fact that for 1.5 days my television was without single so I missed March Madness games. Outside of that I was satisfied with my stay.

I would usually say I like everything about this particular property. However, this staff disappointed me a little, which I will share in the didn't or don't like category. The staff as always was amazing and the room was clean.

Upon walking into the room it smelled like the ac- heat unit was on fire. Had this smell of burning or like someone just smoked in the room. Carpets need to be cleaned in the room Toilet didn't flush and once I flushed the water kept running all night. Shower curtain needs to be longer. It barely touched the top of the tub.

Staff is extremely helpful and extremely nice. Hotel upgrades in the lobby are beautiful. Bed is extremely comfortable. Walmart located directly behind hotel is a huge advantage along with some close by areas to eat if need be.

As soon as you walked in the lobby, you smelled marijuana. The lady working the desk was very rude and had a bad attitude. I booked a King bed and has to deal with 2 double beds that were small and uncomfortable.

I liked the location. It was around shopping centers. Walmart, and a lot of food places.
