Our room smelled like smoke. The hallway floor was pretty dirty. We didn’t have hand soap for the sink. Our biggest issue was the smell of smoke all night. It really bothered our toddler.

Staff was excellent and they are trying to remodel.

Hot water was very inconsistent, there was water left in the tub when we checked in and there was a tissue shoved in the room door's peephole.

The room had a moisture issue it felt like the pillows blankets floors were moist lifting the toilet seat up you could see where moisture had gathered the breakfast ran out of eggs ran out of milk and ran out of waffles there was no breakfast attendee to replace things kept having to go to the front desk to ask for this and that

It was disappointing that the pool was closed for renovations. That was a driving force for me to choose this hotel over others in the area.

The facilities/building needed TLC. Windows in the entrance needed cleaning. Outside of building looked shabby. Elevator needed cleaning. Hallways and lobby were clean but could use some updating . First impression was not great. Breakfast was at hotel next door and not in building( inconvenient). Pool was closed/not functioning(disappointing) No microwave or refrigerator in the room. Air conditioner in room was loud but became white noise for us. No staff on duty on Saturday night. We asked only for clean towels on our 2nd day and did not receive them. Some problems with our keys initially. Staff ok but was not overly engaging and seemed more stressed and annoyed.

Location was good for our needs. Room was clean. Workout room was nice but could have used a fan in there. Plenty of equipment.

The cold shower everyday. Disappointed that the website didnt tell you the pool and fitness area were not available that was a selling point in choosing a hotel and our kids were really upset they didn't get a pool

The hotel was in very rough shape. Had to walk to another hotel for breakfast. The pool was closed and from the look of it for good reason. No room fridge or microwave.

One bed had NO BLANKET. No drinking cups in room. No coffee maker in room. Cooked breakfast items gone by 8:30 am & not refilled. No hot water for tea, no cream or half & half.

I'm on oxygen and the hotel didn't have a single luggage cart for 3 floors. I and my 2 grandchildren toted everything in. I witnessed whom I believe may have been management bc he wore casual dress type clothes. Walked past him twice and he never said a word, but he had a lot to say in a heavy flirting way as he almost ran to catch up with one of the housekeeper.

I really appreciate how one of the employees that wore a blue shirt and is a bit thinning on top. But he was extremely nice and helpful I also liked the very white and clean linens.

The pool was cold and dirty. Paint pealing. The luggage cart had a broken wheel. The phone in 136 does not work.

Was a mess due to construction. They did not put a plastic barrier when sanding drywall so particles were floating in the air. Advertised that they have a pool, pool has been torn apart for 3 months. Rooms have not been deep cleaned. People smoking weed on hotel room smelled throughout the hallways bad. Staff was told but they did not investigate the smell.

I was told I would get my full refund on two separate occasions to they even spoke with the property and it was confirmed that it was under construction and I still have not received my refund. I’m furious that now I have to dispute this with my bank.

We did not end up staying at the property. After we arrived we were told that the pool was closed for construction. Monte or Montay is who I spoke with at the desk as he walked away stating he had to use the restroom mid conversation.

The pool was out of order and it was not mentioned during the booking process, there was construction work at 4:30 in the morning, and the fire alarms were going off and the front desk did not have any response.

It was easy to find and the night clerk smiled and communicated.
