Being woken up by the sledge hammer across the hall busting out the glass in the shower literally into tiny pieces in order to replace it.

There was a light on over the clothes cabinet in my bedroom that I couldn’t find a switch to turn off. I did not call front desk because it was late and I was too tired. But I slept fitfully with the light on above the cabinet, as it lit up the room. When I asked at the front desk as I was checking out the next morning, she didn’t seem to know what I was talking about and suggested I could have turned off a light concealed above the coffeemaker. I had actually felt along that light and found no switch. All this to say, there needs to be instructions posted somewhere in the room as to how to turn off the light.

Rooms were nice, bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. Great facility.

The shower worked well but inside the shower might need a little caulking in the area near the bottom of the shower. There were black areas. Breakfast was okay, could use two waffle irons. The line took a while to get get a waffle.

The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet. We liked being on the 1st floor. The receptionist was very helpful, greeted us with a smile right when walking in.

The check-in clerk was less than cordial and helpful. A Hispanic gentleman standing next to us said she'd be a great prison guard. when we checked in there was a difference in what our reservation quoted and what she was quoting, as to the price. Instead of explaining that the extra would be deducted upon check out if there were no extra charges to the room, she refused to acknowledge me at all except to hand my debit card and license back. The clerk at check-out was terrific and totally explained everything. I might add that she had to explain to quite a few customers.

Noise, not the hotel's fault but people in parking lot were yelling at each other, several different times, different people too. Maybe it's just the neighborhood or culture around there.

They charged me an extra $230.00 because I was a local on top of the $160.00 I paid for the night and said they don't see why some one local would want to stay at a hotel. They never thought that couples sometimes need alone time to just get away from family?. They said they charge locals because of prostitute's and I feel like we shouldn't have to pay extra fee's even though you get it back because of a few bad apples. On y'all website the room was $126.00 and then when I showed up she look at my Identification and said since your local I have to charge you this fee of $230.00.

It seemed understaffed. They ran out of breakfast before 10a and did not refill the food! We checked in late and when we arrived to the room it was stuffy and the a/c was not on! The room had a mild odor that disappeared when we turned on the a/c. There was no extra cover in the room and the comforter on the bed was too short for the beds! The lighting in the room was not enough to help with applying makeup!

It was convenient to the service location that we traveled from.

I liked the variety and quality of the breakfast, with good protein and healthy options. The room was comfortable and roomy, with well-placed electrical outlets.
