Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaUpon arrival we were told that the elevators wouldn’t be working for several hours. They offered a choice of second third or fourth floor. Since the elevator didn’t work and we would have to haul luggage up stairs we chose the second floor. After an hour or so in our room we became concerned about a loud humming sound that didn’t seem to let up. We asked about it at the front desk and determined the humming sound was their computer server that was directly under our room and would run 24/7. So there would never be an end to the humming. But since the hotel was nearly empty they were willing to give us a different room, on the fourth floor. Which was ok now since apparently the elevators were working just fine. So we lived our 4th floor room with a view of the freeway which was a great improvement from our original room with about humming sound and no view out the window because there was a wall in front of the glass. So my complaint was that since they said the elevator didn’t work and we chose the second floor they gave us the worst room in a nearly empty hotel. Also they had a wonderful oatmeal topping bar for breakfast and no oatmeal of any kind not cooked or packets. What’s that about? We ended up with a comfy room once we complained. I would recommend this hotel but always recommend people say something if they aren’t satisfied with what they get.
Very comfy bed. The suite space with separate room helped when my husband needed to write in the middle of the night. Nice big shower. Fairly close by car to several nice restaurants.

United States of AmericaThe only negative thing I have to say about the hotel is the snacks are way to expensive, and the internet and TVs are very slow. I wish the breakfast would include like biscuits and gravy and a way to have different eggs not just scrambled.
The Fairfield is the only hotel in Anderson, IN that will stay at. It is always clean has a decent pool, has an ok breakfast. Every room I have stayed in has been very clean and very quiet. The suite room is the only rooms I usually stay in for all the room.

United States of AmericaMy only complain is that despite a sign on the entrance door requiring masks, no one was wearing a mask in common areas. That includes the employees.
The Fairfield Inn in Anderson has improved considerably. The rooms seemed to had been updated. The bathrooms also seem to had gotten an upgrade. I liked the coffee-microwave-refrigerator station. Comfortable beds. Very clean common areas as well as the rooms.

United States of AmericaThe pool wasn't available. This was the whole reason I booked this hotel. My Grandkids are ADHD and we were expecting to use the pool to channel their energy. They were shoo'd out of the fitness center as they were too young. The three nights we spent there was full of crying, yelling and screaming. We took them to some local parks and play places. Which wasn't on our agenda. Instead of a vacation to de- stress. It added stress instead.
The breakfast was always great.

The shower water was luke warm even after letting it run the first night. The next day the shower water was luke warm but after about 5 mins kept switching from hot to luke warm.

The room was nice and clean. Nice bedding. Friendly desk manager. Great choices to pick from on the breakfast foods. Plenty of parking. We’ll lid up at night coming in from family reunion. I do recommend this hotel. See you soon.

United States of AmericaThe room was wonderful, clean, and surprisingly quiet overnight. It was convenient for most of the places we visited. The breakfast area was like a restaurant type seating. However, a half hour before breakfast was to expire, staff were trying to clean up, food was not replenished. Milk was sour, no boiled eggs, microwave wave bacon is not real bacon, no bread, boiled eggs left out People were asking for more food and it was denied because of the concern to be cleaned up. The breakfast situation is completely unacceptable.
