You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaActually, the only issue was bookings.com. This almost was a really bad issue for us. The hotel could not find our reservation and they could not book us for the complete trip. Me, John, booked the room, was emailed the bookings information and it was addressed to John. After an hour of the hotel calling bookings.com multiple times, the reservation was under my family members name. Why this happened I don't know, but almost cost us the trip as there was no alternate accommodations available.
The stay was nice and I would like to stay there again next year when I have to make the same trip. It was clean and friendly. The staff always went the extra mile. The rooms were very clean.

United States of AmericaThe weather was a bother on Saturday. The wind was blowing very hard at times. Not the hotel's fault though. Wish there was a door stop to hold the door open when moving one's luggage in or out of the room.
Was delighted to have a hot breakfast in the morning. The alarm clock was gentle to wake up to. Forgot that a hairdryer was provided. Also the lighted mirror in the bathroom was rather nice. Also got a suite on the ground floor as needed. Shower set-up was awesome. Key cards worked well.
