We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe carpet in the hallway looked a bit beaten and stained. The air conditioner in room 201 rattled loudly. We were moved to another room. The price was high. I had lots of good things to say about the place, but it was still a little too much money.
So very comfortable. The mattress was firm but comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The lobby/ breakfast area was immaculate. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast had a good variety, and everything was delicious. The area around the hotel is absolutely wonderful.

United States of AmericaThey were late getting to church because the toilet was stopped up and I was told my the front desk that there was no maintenance person there to help and they had to wait until she was able to leave the front desk to go up there to help them wish I feel is very unacceptable. I asked to be compensated for this and was told no.
The hotel was booked for my pastor and First Lady anniversary banquet. Everyone went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect for them. I was allowed to go in and put a fruit basket in their room.

United States of AmericaWeird smell in the hall leading to our room. Front desk clerk at check in seemed bothered. Luggage carts were in pretty bad shape. One was unusable.
The hotel was nice and comfortable. It served our needs well. There seemed to be a weird smell in the hallway leading to our room, but everything was clean. The staff in the breakfast area were wonderful and friendly. The front desk staff were fine. The hotel was close to our destinations, so convenience was a plus.

United States of AmericaWe did not like that we did not have a sofa or two comfy chairs. Being able to sit upright in chairs is very important for the comfort of guests in your motel. Thank you very much for considering adding chairs to each motel room. We did have a desk chair, but the legs extend out too far and I tripped over them a few times. Everything else was excellent.
Both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our very delicious breakfast. The staff at this motel was very pleasant. I thought it was very nice that our desk clerk, who checked me in, asked my preference - to be upstairs or downstairs. He also told made me feel very welcome when he told me to let him know if we needed anything. The desk clerk, who checked us out was very pleasant. The lady in charge of breakfast was so efficient, replenishing food, smiling when she spoke to me, and working to make sure the entire breakfast room stayed tidy. I would recommend this motel to others. Thank you so much, Fairfield Inn, for making our stay very pleasant and peaceful. We had an excellent good night's sleep here.

The main thing that i did get annoyed with was still nothing major, but this was actually the second time I've stayed at a Fairfield Hotel through booking.com and the front desk seems to have a hard time finding my reservation before I can actually check in. I would even have my reservation/confirmation number to reference to. Im not sure if they are looking for it under the card holder name, whether it be mine or my huband's, rather the those numbers or anythimg other than the name I book with. But if so, then that still confuses me because I booked with Both our names as well as my booking.com account has my married name as well. It just kinda gives an uneasy feeling like youre not going to be able to get a room if they cant see it on their end or even are having a hard time tryig to find it, even though youve paid in advance and have a confirmation
