The managers or supervisors was horrible. I got and extra $250.00 taken out my account and she had the dumbest answer then when I asked for her lead manager he told her I'll be 20-30 minutes, that's crazy

The lady that served the food and her son that worked the front counter, they made me feel like I was related to them

Check-in staff wasn't very friendly. They weren't rude but it would be nice to see a welcoming smile and have a polite conversation. I was the only one at the desk so it wasn't as if they were busy. When I tried to ask a question later in the day, the staff obviously saw me approaching but decided to turn away and go into the back area. She came right out when I called for her which tells me she didn't have to leave in the first place.

The room was comfortable although not as clean as I would prefer. The breakfast was good, although the service was lacking ( I had to track someone down to restock the bowls and spoons and refill the water).

The place is cozy and has easy access to highways and good restaurants within a mile radius. The rooms were clean, and the receptionist was very kind and humble in welcoming us.

I am anemic, which is a hassle sometimes; but the hotel thermostat could only be set as high as 74/F.. Needless to say, due to the weather at the time, my stay was fairly cold-freezing actually..

The room I selected was a nice size and the bathroom was fairly large, which was nice because I’m claustrophobic.

our bathroom had hair on the shampoo bottle that is attached to the wall. my suggestion would be taking those out and putting in single use bottles if you’re going to provide that because community bottles of shampoo and conditioner is simply not sanitary. could also hear our neighbours talking all night but that is no fault of the hotels.

On Sunday the breakfast was terrible due to at 9:30 am there was not any pork sausage and no waffle batter in the dispenser. The employees in that area were talking to each other, or in the kitchen and moving items back and forth (such as yogurt, cups, etc.). The waffle station was a mess.

The front desk was staffed by very friendly, helpful and professional personnel. The day manager was also very friendly, helpful and professional.

The water could have been a little more hotter and the people next door in the other room played music all night and you could hear people leave their room because the doors close hard. And the fact the hotel place a 40.00 dollar hold on your card that you are suppose to get back in 7 to 10 business days.

The location of the hotel was good it was close by a shopping center and restaurants
