We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI didn't like the maids. They didn't clean the cleaner out of the tub and I had to. I learned the hard way and slipped the first night and my skin started to burn because of the cleaner because they forgot to rinse the tub. And any time we would see the maids they would be on their phones or messing around laughing together not doing their job. They probably got distracted and forgot. And when it was brought up to morning staff the lady did not care and was snobby about it.
I absolutely loved the location and the views from the motel and the hot tub! I did like that the rooms were clean and the hallways wete clean as well. The evening shift ppl and the breakfast host were fantastic.

United States of AmericaThis is not about the Fairfield Inn -- I have only good things to say about the hotel. My stay was very good and comfortable. However, I paid for two stays bc Booking.com made it impossible to change or cancel my original reservation. The stock email was false. There was no contact with the Fairfield Inn to make the changes. I had no choice but to pay for an extra 4 night stay. The Fairfield Inn staff were courteous and apologetic, who said this happens often with Booking.com. I was in Denver -- across from the hospital -- under very difficult circumstances and did not have the energy to battle with Booking.com, but I was very disappointed and frustrated.
Location was perfect for us -- across from St. Anthony's, Starbucks across the parking lot. Easy parking. Delicious and plentiful buffet breakfast with a lovely, efficient staff keeping it clean and well-stocked.
