We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaThe breakfast food could have been refilled quicker. It was a pretty simple menu. The pool was over chlorinated. Hurt your eyes just sitting in the room. Check in was a little frustrating. I booked two room under 2 different names but the Confirmation # was the same for both. We gave the conf # at check in but they could only find 1 room. I showed them my confirmation email showing two rooms, same conf # and fully paid for 2 rooms. They said there was nothing they could do as their system only showed one room. It was extremely difficult for her to contact a manager at 11pm. We were frustrated as I had pre paid and had two small children getting very tired. The staff was of no help. I eventually was able to get in touch with Priceline Customer Service. We then discovered that the confirmation # really means nothing to the hotel, they just need names. Once we gave the hotel the two different names they were able to find the reservation. I would have expected that the hotel staff would have known enough to ask for all our names as a way to search. They hotel staff maybe needs to be trained better and managers easier to contact.
The beds and pillows were comfy. Rooms were clean.

The hotel was really nice. The room and everything in it was great. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly as well. I would definitely stay here again.
