To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaLong wait for elevators during peak hours i.e. breakfast time, (I took the stairs on first day from floor 22 to lobby) and breakfast area was also packed especially on weekends. Luckily i was able to find an open table on all days.
Breakfast was very good with different hot items each day. Muffins were delicious! For the carb conscious, they had oatmeal with a nice variety of toppings, yogurt and eggs, meats, turkey/chicken patty, cold cuts. Beds were very comfortable and no noise issues. Location excellent, metro stop 34 Penn st was the closest, with 2 other stops close by! Easier to get to JFK(local train plus air train) vs LGA(local train plus bus- bus stop in a very congested area of Queens! We were out until 3 am Sat night and felt safe waking from hotel to Taco Bell on main Street.

It was very clean and seemed newer, room was small but had two queen beds, bathroom was nice, staff was friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great downstairs. Only 2 elevators for floors 17-27 so there was often a wait. Besides that it was a nice place to stay.
