Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Would have loved a small Cafe on site, as the rest of the town offers little but fast food.
Nice and quiet. Easy access to I80. Good place for a one night stay while on a road trip.

That the breakfast was warmed up microwave breakfast sandwiches with cereal and yogurt.
The staff were friendly and greeted us coming in and also going out.

Some areas in the room didn’t look so clean and we could hear our neighbors walking even though we were on the first floor. Also there’s a train track nearby so you can hear trains at night. The breakfast wasn’t all to great, either, considering how much we paid to stay here.
Property is in a great location if you’re traveling as it’s near the highway and a Walmart. The beds were somewhat comfortable, although slightly lumpy.

Dirt and stains/spills on the walls in our room. Dings and dirt on the walls throughout the hotel. Elevator made very weird sounds.
Loved the fitness room. Pool looked nice but didn't have a chance to use it. Breakfast was good. Would have liked make your own waffles. Lobby and breakfast areas were very nice.

The smell of diesel from the nearby refinery entered our room when the air conditioning was on. Also the hotel and many other hotels nearby were next to the railroad with the attendant noise.
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was professional and friendly.

Very little choice for breakfast and non-existent bread to be able to eat toast at least. Hotel located near the refineries. Bad oil smell everywhere in the building and the room. Very very windy place so the air infiltrates through the windows and it is very noisy during the night.

Blake at the front desk was wonderful! The hotel was conveniently right off the expressway. It was clean and bright. The shower was amazing! We had to book this last minute due to a detour in our trip. It was very comfortable after a long day.

Newer property. Suites were only slightly more than standard rooms. They had the full breakfast unlike many other places that were still blaming it on COVID. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

pool was closed for repairs and no urgency to fix it apparent, and we were not informed it was closed until after we checked in. Would have been nice to have advance notice so we could look for other accommodations with a pool since we were on an extended stay.
nice breakfast each morning, staff available cleaning tables immediately after people ate, kept the area very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Easy to get replacement towels, shampoo, etc with front desk or cleaning staff, could leave trash out for emptying each morning (we stayed 8 days).

The “coffee” in the room is pathetic. We had only one pack of caffeinated coffee. The “creamer” is awful! Long shelf life half and half, that costs little, would be a great improvement, as would even high quality instant coffee.
The facility is pretty new, and the bathroom is excellent. The beds and pillows are super comfy. The breakfast is barebones but adequate. Coffee very good. Staff great.

Staff accused me of getting a room without paying after they told me I pay with cash at check out. Mind you I did offer to pay before I received the room but they told me no and I have to pay at checkout. The next day they threatened to call the police on me and told me it would be charges made not them knowing i was still on property. They literally could of came and knocked on my door to get the cash if it was that serious but no they instead threatened me with the police. I feel like I was being racially profiled because of my skin color and them thinking because of that i would not pay for my room
