There was absolutely no maid service. I was told when I checked in that the cleaning staff was every other day. I checked in on Saturday understanding no one would clean on Christmas. I came back on Tuesday and no one cleaned I called the front desk and they apologized stating they would see if someone was still on premises but it did not matter where we going to go at 4 pm after being gone all day. They told me a manager would call but never got call back. I pay good money to have a clean room and bathroom and none was provided for the four nights I stayed.

Close proximity to Raymond James, but hidden away. Fair price even with Luke Combs concert in town. Beds comfortable, room clean. Nice publix in quick driving distance. If your an over achiever you can even walk to Raymond James.

Our room #509, carpet had big stains, room smelled damp, figured out when we left that AC unit condensation not draining wherever it should, carpet was soaked up to 4 feet away from unit! I let girl know when checked out.

Lack of secure storage for suitcases for early check in or late check out. Our flight from Tampa airport didn't leave until 6pm We booked in the night before and wanted to go to either the Shopping Mall a short walk away or take taxi into Tampa but had nowhere to securely leave our 2 large suitcases and 2 small carry on cases.

Comfortable bed. Free Shuttle to airport. Computer and work space to use after checkout at midday so I could work until I needed to leave for the airport about 3pm. Good breakfast buffet

No waffles, breakfast could’ve been a whole lot better. The selection was poor the bananas was too brown. Better selection of muffins they only had chocolate everybody don’t eat chocolate.

Front staff was polite but did not go out of their way to be personable or provide exceptional customer service. They did what was requested but without a smile or happy to help attitude.

Location was excellent. Lots of restaurants within easy traveling distance. Breakfast was ok. Food was always lukewarm but plenty of options. I ate a lit of oatmeal over the course of my 5 day stay. Lots of toppings to choose from so it was never boring.

The A/C is too noisy, no toothpaste, no shower cap, no toothbrush, nothing like in others hotel with everything in the bath.

Black out curtains needed. Led lights from parking lot eliminates the entire room all night long. Also need to access to local “News” channels on the in room tv.

The breakfast was good. I really was hoping for a waffle maker so I could make some waffles but I haven’t seen any since COVID. The location was fantastic. It was close to where we needed to go (Raymond James football stadium).

The one small complaint is I am disabled. And I can't walk great distances. I came up to the building to park. At first I park in the drop off area. Because some of the handicaps spot were blocked. By the guys pressure washing the building. But the front desk young man moved his vehicle. So I could park closer. That would be my only small complaint.

Location excellent inside bright and clean and quiet neat. The tv was on but it didn't over power the room. As soon as you step over the doorway they welcome you in. The front desk person smiling ready to wait on. It did stop even take 5 mins. Before I was walking to the elevator with my key card. Walk into the room smells like a breath of fresh air. Everything nice neat and inviting. Couldn't find a thing out of place. Bathroom spot less. Not one hair anywhere. No crusted corner no build up in shower. I've had reservations at that cost way more. With dirty rooms so Thank you to the staff for Quality job they do everyday.

While my wife was checking in, after a 2hr ride, I needed to use the restroom,.urgently. I happened to have been wearing my Patriots Superbowl hate.When I asked the clerk serving my wife, where the rest room was, the other (younger) clerk said "take the elevator to the 2nd floor, the restroom is at the end of the hallway." Fortunately for me, I found the actual restroom across the hall from the elevator, on the 1st floor. I didn't appreciate the humor!

Not the hotels fault but we lost power and were under a tornado watch from 6-6:30 am!!

The room was spacious & very clean. Bed very comfortable. The breakfast was not the best. Took a granola bar & coffee for the ride home.
