I would lessen the use of fragrance and chemicals

It would be great if you guys stopped usi scented products altogether. Over 30% of people have some type of allergy to it. Otherwise great staff, helpful on the phone and everything always goes pretty smoothly.

It was all I expected.

Room and bed very comfy. Far from all the turmoil from Las Vegas. Location was perfect, we needed to stay next to the airport and car rentals.

Breakfast was average, as were the rooms and service. It was all ok but nothing exciting. The TV when off (on standby as there is no way to turn it off completely) is still very bright, which made sleeping difficult.

It was close to the airport, which was what we were after for our layover. Being able to access Netflix was great too. Breakfast being included was useful too.

Still could have been less frangrence in hotel rooms, lobby ect.

Helpful staff, appreciate it didn't smell like fragrance or air freshener as bad as most hotels. It would be better If you guys did not spray rooms with it at all though. About 30% of the has an allergy or sensitivity to fragrneced products like air freshener and scented detergent. So it's a large enough part of the population where you do not need to spray frangrence anywhere for any reason.

Pillows were too thin and squishy—got bad neck and shoulder aches. No arm chair or sofa to sit in in a spacious King Room, although there was a desk chair.

Near to car rental center for airport! Some Restaurants in area were open late, good for travelers who got in after 7:00 pm. Comfortable bed and good lighting. Smelled and looked clean. Good breakfast and helpful friendly staff! Very good hospitality!

It was hard to find the coffee -- halfway across the breakfast facility from where the rest of breakfast was served. (A sign, telling that the coffee station is out in the dining room, would be helpful.) In the hotel room... it's nice that there's a coffee maker -- but there was no cream or sugar available to make the coffee drinkable, for those who don't drink it black. One more hotel room issue -- everywhere we go: we are a family of four that books our room as a family of four -- and yet our room is never supplied with sufficient towels for our party. Does Housekeeping have no access to information, room by room, about who's coming next, how many guests? (I think they should have that information.)

The location was safe and convenient. The facilities and room were very nice. Breakfast was very good.

Appearance isn’t everything. My room, #209, had some deficiencies. 1) The toilet was “running” when I arrived at the room for the first time. I jiggled the handle and it stopped running. After a couple of uses, it stopped flushing and the tank was not filling. I reported it to the front desk and it was repaired. A day later it quit again. I ran into the maintenance man as I checked out and let him know it had stopped working again. 2) There is rug “runner” between the two queen beds in my room. it is filthy with ground in dirt. 3) A curtain closing rod was broken off and laying in the window sill.. 4) Probably the most important beyond sanitary issues is this issue. The cord between the room telephone base unit and the receiver came unplugged from the receiver because of a tiny broken clip and a cord that was much too short. in an emergency, the occupant using the phone would be disconnected from the front desk. Before the occupant could connect with the front desk he or she would need to re-attach the receiver and redial the front desk, then attempt the phone call again, etc.

The property is modern and appears well cared for.
