Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

It had nothing to do with hotel but hotel guest that had dogs seemed to not want to pickup poop which I stepped in one night. Hotel had bags and cans around facility but people can be lazy.
Breaksfast was good and front desk people Cheyanne, Gloria and others were very friendly and ladies who did breaksfast were very nice

Other than being right on a busy road (noisy), it was excellent. The caveat is we wanted to extend our stay and the receptionist said they were booked solid so we went on Booking.com and booked the room. After notifying her a couple hours later it seemed like a challenge to be able to keep the room.

All the times I've stayed here, everything was perfect. This time was the same. The only difference was a couple of days. I did not put the sleep sign outside the door, and the cleaning staff did not go in to leave new towels and take out the wet towels or the trash. The front desk graciously gave me clean towels when I asked.
I like the welcoming feeling and the hotel is very clean. Breakfast bar is always perfect.

Would like an indoor pool/hot tub during the winter. If traveling in the cooler weather it would be nice to be able to use all the facilities paid for in the daily charges.
Breakfast is awesome. Many choices for breakfast. Love the oatmeal bar. Facilities were always very clean and staff are very pleasant.

Wish there were a few more restaurants in downtown.

Seems like the parking lot is always super full in the evenings.
Has a great location to downtown Morganton, yet still quiet and private. Building is kept in good repair since it is a newer hotel.

The bathtub in 308 drains very slowly and a cocktail in the magnolia room costs $15

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the hallway upstairs needed vacuumed and the elevator floors were dirty with spills and foot prints going through it.
The breakfast was delicious each day we were there. But the choices of cereal was a little off, because all of it contained high amounts of sugar. Maybe add some low sugar cereal and low sugar yogurt. Help us diabetics stay on our diets.

The only thing that would have been better is the water pressure in the shower. Everything else was great.

Would like to have picked up on the fact it was dogs only. But would have missed this lovely experience. Thought I might have to strangle my 18 yr old cat!! Ha ha
This hotel is located in the heart of Morganton. We fell in love with the town and this lovely modern friendly hotel was icing on the cake. I left a briefcase full of checkbooks and jewelry. They returned them to me by courier completely in tact. Fan and grateful forever

Thought the rates were a little high for the off season but the hotel was so lovely, I would still stay again.

I enjoy a beautiful mountain view but this was suitable for the occasion. Would have liked the pool to be open, but understandable why it wasn't at this time.
Clean, quiet and staff very professional. Very close to restaurants, stores and entertainment.
