We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

ALL of the staff were welcoming and friendly. This is our third stay at this hotel and we will definently be back.

United States of AmericaThe pull out bed in the couch is the size of a twin bed but is advertised as a full. It barely held my 2 kids.
The absolute best breakfast I've had at a hotel. Great selection including lactose free options, fresh cut up fruit, waffles, REAL scrambled eggs and not that watery weird stuff like most hotels have, and different options for breakfast meat. The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. I wish my house was that good!

Was not explained that in making reservation,person at front desk said i could use a different credit card but already charged my card that was holding my room.So if i used a different credit card i would have been out 350.00 dollars until my first card was credited back.Really!

First the staff was so nice, check in made you feel important and they were happy you were there and check out was equally as pleasant. The breakfast was so good and their was someone always checking if the food needed to refilled. The comfort of the bed was great and the pool area and work out area were clean and fantastic. I'm so grateful for this place and warms my heart that good businesses like this still exist! Will definitely be back! Thank you!
