We were staying there for a wedding, had the first 3 floors of the hotel booked. Only problem we encountered was the room keys constantly didn't work. We always had to go downstairs continually to get new keys

There was some drilling noise in the room next door, but they held off until after 9:30 in the morning, which was quite reasonable.

King bed was great. Room was just a little smaller compared to some other places in case you’re wanting a lot of extra space, but still good. Could have used another outlet more conveniently located but we would certainly stay here again.

Very good breakfast selection & many coffee amenities. A/C-heater easily controlled and functioned well. Everything worked. Pleasant staff very accommodating!

For the price of the room, o EXPECT to have my room cleaned every single day. I was very disappointed to return to my room late in the evening to find no towels, coffee, or water. I believe Covid 19 is a copout. Please return to business as normal and I may return to your hotels.

Not enough staff, pool was not working, noise level was intolerable, not enough gluten free items on the menu. I was over billed and no one could tell me why. The racks on the silver carts to take luggage up and down would just lift right out of the base, really frustrating to get them to stay in place long enough to get my belongings in the elevator!

It was decent and clean. The noise level was very loud 2 nights out of the 3 I stayed. The pool was not in working order the first 2 days I was there. There were not many gluten free options for breakfast, but the eggs and yogurt were good. There was not enough staff available multiple times when I needed to ask a question. My cards kept getting deactivated to my room. My card was charged two times for a told of $1,430 this tied up the amount out of my checking account for days after I left. The total charge should have been half that amount. Daisy, Laura, and Treyshawn (sp?) were all helpful when they were available.

Building made with low quality materials. there are two holes in the cheap sheet rock walls in room 415. Stains on furniture. Discoloration in the shower grout. It would take 10 minutes to repair walls, 3 minutes to clean stains, and 2 seconds for the grout.

Our room was nasty the bathroom had blood on the wall.Brought it to the front desk attention and they had housekeeping go clean it up but they only cleaned one spot.When we got back from out outgoing it was still there 7 hours later shower curtain was dirty hair in the shower that was not ours.The hot tub is filled in with concrete.The remote didn't work.And no ac in the Hallways.No pool towels To say the least I WOULD NEVER NEVER Never BOOK THERE Again
