We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No food was available. The breakfast room with an absolute mess, and everything was spilled everywhere on the counters.

The price point was great. One gentleman on the staff was super helpful and attentive to any questions/requests. I needed help with the waffle maker and a clogged drained which he was happy to help with.

The whole experience was poor, from the desk receptionist to the bathroom looking like it was still under construction.

United States of AmericaI was startled by someone jingling the door handle late at night. The next day I realized it might have been one of the kids staying at the hotel. I found it a little sketchy though because there seemed to be a lot of foreigners staying at the hotel and it seemed like they were living at the hotel. It felt more like a hostel the a hotel. Also while I was checking in there were two dudes getting off the elevator with no shoes. Free breakfast consisted of coffee, cereal and waffles. No thanks. Will not be going back in the future. I can see why it was so cheap for the weekend.
I liked that there were many places to eat and shop in the area.
