Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe suite had a strong musty smell. The area did not feel safe, homeless congregating at the street corners. Did not want to walk from the State Farm arena at night but the subway was there fortunately . The hotel did have security once inside it was fine., Furniture is badly scratched. Used towels were left in the room and an old water bottle. The room really needed a good dust Valet parking $50.00 per day.
The suite was a nice size and had a good view. The staff were very friendly. It was close to Marta and one stop to the State Farm Arena. The breakfast was decent and the fitness center had the usual cardio machines and free weights

United States of AmericaSeems a little run down in need of TLC, only one elevator worked, our shower had only lukewarm warm water and the tub would not drain well so it would fill up with water as we showered. Also, parking fee was outrageous though I realize all of Atlanta is like that.
Great staff!

United States of AmericaOur room was not ready at the check in time because the elevator had malfunctioned and cleaning was behind. We had to sit in the lobby for 30 minutes to wait. The hotel is in the worst part of downtown Atlanta, surrounded by derelict properties and at the entrance to the defunct Underground Atlanta. It was close to the Capitol where I had work appointments, but in addition to the overall atmosphere of the area, there was a street festival right outside the door that made parking (valet only) very hectic. We waited 30 minutes for our car to be brought up because the parking garage was backed up from the festival.
It’s a beautiful historic building with views of the city. The rooms are small suites and the bathrooms are large and very nice.

United States of AmericaBad area of town. The security guards at the front were extremely nice though, esp the woman.
The room was nice but the area is not good at all. Our first night someone was trying to open the connecting door at midnight when all of our kids were trying to sleep.

United States of AmericaI was mainly looking for a room with a hot tub for my husbands and I one year anniversary. The suite said it had a hot tub, and it was the first one I seen with decent price. When I got to the hotel and mentioned my excitement to the representative checking me in, he mentioned that it’s not actually a hot tub, just a big tub. Which I found to be true, but it was SUCH a nice bathroom with big tub and stand up shower beside it and mirrors on the wall, etc. I just think they should not advertise it as a hot tub, because I was excited and ended up not even using the tub. The parking also kind of sucked. This was my first time staying downtown Atlanta, and I didn’t even think about parking fee until I started looking around. I don’t distinctively remember seeing anything about parking when I booked. Which I think would be good to have information in order to plan accordingly. I called on the way and was told about a parking garage and when we got to the hotel, there was a valet you could use, but we opted out and he kindly pointed us where to go. I believe the parking only charged me about 15 dollars in all. I really don’t even think that much, we left in the car once, so had to pay each time we left, but it wasn’t too bad. It was about a 5 min walk to the hotel from there, but there was a lot of homeless people outside of the hotel. It was very sad, especially seeing them on a cold night. They didn’t mess with us at all, there was one man just laying/sleeping against an unused building across from the hotel, and they had somebody bothering him and making him leave and his leg seemed hurt. He could barely get up :(
I love the suite! I did not expect it to be as big and with a nice view! Beautiful bathroom and very spacious comfy room. The breakfast was also over the top for a complimentary breakfast. The staff was friendly and even extended my check out complimentarily a couple hours. There was also security on site 24 hours, which made me feel safe.

United States of America"Breakfast" apparently closed down moments before we got there. Instead of letting us grab a banana or something the lady working that area had a huge attitude and did not even want us sitting in the breakfast seating area while we were waiting for our car to be delivered. The rest of the staff was hit or miss on how pleasant they were. Some were incredibly rude and some were absolutely awesome!
The room was very large. We definitely were pleased with the size of the room.

United States of AmericaThey were not able to accommodate early check in which is understandable but regular check in began at 4 and our room was not ready until almost 5:30pm. They are an overwhelming amount of homeless people outside of the hotel. Immediate area looked abandoned.
We were able to walk to State Farm Arena, several food trucks right outside hotel, room was spacious.

PhilippinesTried buying at the convenience at night. Felt that it was unsafe to roam around because a lot of homeless people, some are good ones but most of them were quite sketchy.
We like that the family room is spacious. We are a family of 5 and we also have big luggages. It's quite roomy for us to move. It was also near to tourist attractions, such as World of Coca-Cola.

United States of AmericaThere were smells throughout the hotel. I could smell cigarette smoke. The rooms were fully equipped. The pull out sofa had no cover, and the mattress was soiled. The beds were extremely small. The wifi only worked when I went to the lobby. The shower had hair in it, and there was hair stuck to the magnets on the shower curtain.

United States of AmericaI didn't really like the neighborhood because all of the stores on the main road were closed and boarded up except for like two.
I did love the fact that it was safe the hotel was really clean. All of the staff were really nice. I chose this location because of the convenience of a 2-minute walk to the underground. I would stay again.

United States of AmericaGreetings, My mom and I recently stayed here December 2023. We did not enjoy our stay overall. The beds in the rooms were flimsy and sinking in. The heater and AC were not working. We had to switch rooms which was a total inconvenience . The sink kept getting stopped up. The tv wasn’t working at first as it wasn’t plugged in. Very old hotel, elevators really slow. Hot water wasn’t hot and took about 30 minutes to get warm. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. United States of AmericaThe pull out couch was a twin. I asked for linens for the pull out couch and never got it. I went down and got it myself. People were nice, but didn't act happy for us to be guests just kind of went with the motions of there job. Room had a musty/dingy smell. Just an old place. Not much cheaper than better options down the street.
Had the living room and bed separate for kids to sleep on pull out couch. Free breakfast there was amazing and that staff was so nice.

United States of AmericaThis is not a “romantic” room and I had no view whatsoever but I was not there for romance. The room was quite small but it was precisely what we needed for a nights stay. It was sufficient for the purpose. Passing through.
Staff are beautiful pleasant and welcoming. Valet parking. Breakfast included. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Even the sofa couch reported to be the most comfortable sleep had (that is huge). Right next to public transportation i.e. “Underground”, Iconic Coca-Cola, the Justice Courts where Civil Rights and the King himself (MLK) handled the business of our dreams. We must fulfill these dreams.
