No Iron, No Coffee Maker, You could feel the springs in the Bed, Mold was present underneath the sink and toilet rocked.

Price and Maintenance People were helpful about trying to fix things.

Pool was only open one of the two days. Not sure why. Breakfast was limited. No bread. No bagel. No protein. No fruit. A lot of noise in the night not just from the adjacent highway.

Front counter staff was A plus very helpful patient and polite.

Only thing I didn't like was when I booked room it showed it would be a King sized bed and a queen sized . It both beds appeared to be full or queen.

The housekeeper shouldn’t have entered my room while I was sleeping. If she saw a person there when she opened the fort she should have turned around and exited.

I made a complaint to the manager that I was asleep in my room and didn’t hear anyone knock but I woke up and the housekeeper was in my room and I was laying in bed naked. It scared me so bad bc when I opened my eyes she was standing in the mirror looking at me. I almost grabbed my weapon in which could have been bad. I asked her why was she in my room while I was asleep and she didn’t even speak English. The manager told me that she came in to put new towels that I requested. I said to her I went and picked up my own towels in the lobby. I asked for a partial refund due to I was traumatized being that never happened and the manager told me she couldn’t refund me due to I requested towels. I tried telling her I did but went into the lobby myself to get them.

The pillow cases had mildew on them. The floor wasn’t swept. It didn’t seem like the room was cleaned.

there were no trash cans in the room. No door safety latch which did bother me.

everything was as expected. not the best location, but I was just looking for a bed for the night and the price was good. Good ice machine.

The fact that it’s prostitution and other people make this hotel bad when it actually ok u know then my door lock was broken before I even got in my room and I don’t wanna get charge for that I’m not even from New Orleans just came from out of town just visiting 😃

No microwave in the rooms… Ask where the ice machine was and did they have a microwave so o could warm up our food… I was told where it was and when I made to the door, I smelled nothing but strong ass pee… It smelled like an outdoor house… I changed my mind and didn’t even want the ice out of there and I definitely didn’t go in to use the microwave. Our room door wouldn’t close all the way and the dead lock on the door was broken. I will never stay at this hotel never again…

The bed was extremely uncomfortable which led us to leave a day early since we were in pain from sleeping in the bed that felt caved in in the middle. Linen had burn marks on them. Shower was dirty. Paint peeling off ceiling. Hole in the wall. Very worn down hotel appearance wise.

The Staff was friendly and it was affordable.
