That the water park was so far away. Wouldn't stay here again for that reason Not enough outlets that worked by the bed. Top outlets don't work. Both ppl in that room have CPAP and had to charge stuff on the other side of the room

There wasn't anything about our stay we didn't like.

The pool and activities for the kids during the day were fantastic. The pool bar and lazy river are great for the adults. The unit we stayed in was clean and perfect for our family. We tried to play putt-putt but couldn't find the balls, and the front desk wasn't helpful.

The whole experience was exciting. Pools,games, arcade hot tubs. It wasn't to crowded very comfortable atmosphere. Best place ever ❤️

Activities close at 6 pm, would be nice if it was open later for putt putt golf. A/C resets temp after 4 hours, it got very warm upstairs in the night.

I feel for the price of staying the snowcones and cotton candy should of been included for the kids .and the wait time at the bar was insane I got 1 drink and waited 20 mins she never came to me so I left then came back and waited another 20 mins and finally she asked me what I wanted and then she gave herself a tip .

Almost everything . The kids really enjoyed it the villa were perfect. Beautiful resort definitely will recommend.

The townhome was dirty. Very dirty. The furniture was dated and uncomfortable

Lots of activities for kids that were free, tennis, shuffle board, corn hole, mini golf. In a nice location, easy to get around resort

The updated the property but still the old furnishings. Pillows were lumpy and not super comfortable. I decided to run a load of clothing (light colored clothing) and pretty much everything came out stained. The tubs should be cleaned in between guests!! So beware. I was pretty upset over it. I had to throw several items that were completely ruined. They should definitely update their washer/dryers in the villas. Especially since they prefer you wash your towels rather than give you clean ones.

Beautiful villas! Have been updated since the last time i stayed here. The villas are super spacious and tho outdoor patio was private which i loved. Beds were comfortable. Best part of the hotel id the water park… pool, slides, jacuzzi! Everything is on point with the vacation vibes! Was able to rent a cabana which was super convenient with the little ones. Pool is super toasty! I loved it! Will come again. There is a restaurant on the property which had pretty decent food. There is a store in the lobby for anything you may need that can be purchased.

Maybe offer a few more cash options. There really is not much that I can say because I was very pleased with the experience. It was a bit more crowded than I'd like but that facilities are ample enough that people are not too cramped together.

There were sooo many things! From the start, the booking was surprisingly easy. The front desk staff is EXCELLENT, friendly and very informative. The facilities are very clean and well kept. The villa is modern and well laid out. The services and ammenities are top notch. Overall I LOVED it!
