Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No easy access to hotel. I could see it but wasn't sure of best routing to get to it. It was an older facility and we could tell they were working hard to update the rooms and other facilities. I will think a stay here later in the year will be different.
The people working were friendly. They had just experienced a storm/computer outing. Flexible ad kind. Breakfast was good. Spoke with maintenance/security worker who was very helpful in answering our questions abour dinner choices, etc.

The toilet flapper was broke. For it being a handicap room the bed was too tall, you needed a step ladder to get in. The room and the pool area was in need of repairs. The coffee pot was dirty and didn't work. Only can access hotel from southbound lane of highway. Smoking room connected to non-smoking room so got smoke carrying through.
It had an indoor pool that was at a comfortable temperature. It was clean.

The pillows were too soft and the air-conditioner in the wall cycled off and on instead of running continuously like normal(when in high setting) and this made it difficult to sleep.
The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful with directions, and recommendations for eating. She got us all checked in quickly and she went above and beyond by allowing our son to swim at the indoor pool a little later. The rooms were nice, had everything you needed and were clean. The breakfast was good and nice selection of different things to choose from.

We booked 3 months in advance and requested the room we had previously stayed in but upon checking in we were given a super small room that was not pet friendly. We asked and were given a better room, not what we asked for but it was fine. The room had an ant issue other than that it was o.k.
We like that it is pet friendly. Convenient to our family and the city. This was our second stay with our pup. The room was not exactly pet friendly(carpet) but it was comfortable. We prefer room 112.

I requested a ground floor and I understood it was approved when we arrived it was not available. It is very difficult for my wife to climb stairs as she is disabled.

The pool was heated to 80 degrees which felt a little cold. The free breakfast was awful. Eggs werent cooked all the way and the sausages were cold

I put it all in the above post.
All of the staff minus the manager were exceptional. My bookings I would do online with my corporate rate the manager did not like he was canceling them and I was paying double He would cancel them without my authorization I've never gotten a security deposit back. Three $100 deposits have not come back to my card. So the last time I paid with cash and that just somehow came up missing and 6 days later when I went to book the room again for two more nights He said he was canceling it but me for one night for the price of two and tried to make me pay another deposit I will never do business with this choice hotel again however, the other staff was amazing.

The free breakfast could have been better. The toilet rocked whenever you sat down. The area between the bed and the wall was way too narrow.
