In the advertise a thekitchen, but no content in it at all. We bought plastic knives, forks etc (not so environmental), as well some wineglasses. Would be small thing to have such in the kitchen

I like practical when I travel, and unfortunately to advertise a kitchenette was a little misleading. A large fridge and microwave with lots of cubboard space confused me. There was no cutlery or plates or bowls. There was a steamer but no hangers to hang clothes so you could steam them. Nitty gritty things here but it makes all the difference when travelling. The room was also on the ground floor and the loft joined the wall to the apartment and was noisy when people were coming and going.

Staff were lovely, clean apartment and close to all things Hollywood.

Internet speed was too slow to stream. The body wash missing which they replaced but leaked overnight again. Bed frame was not solid enough and would creak. Upstairs neighbour was very loud during night.

Location is very close to Hollywood. Its right in hollywood actually. Place was clean and easily accessible.

Walls were a little thin, so noise carried over from neighbours and the road. But it wasn't too much of an issue.

I was in the last room of the hallway, so I heard everything going on outside like construction and people, talking loudly and cars driving all day and night.

Clean, quiet overall and the appliances were nice. Tv and Wi-Fi were a nice addition.

It’s fully contactless, i haven’t seen a single staff person in 2 days, for some people this might be good They don’t have an option for luggage storage

I didn't feel safe at night walking around. It was not only in the neighborhood but everywhere in Los Angeles. Next time I will probably rent a car, or use more Uber/Lyft.

The apartment is clean, cosy and modern. Very good value for the money.

Could've used some kitchen supplies.

Good price. Loved location! Was a short walk to Hollywood Blvd. Felt very secure since there were keypads at each entrance and elevator. We really enjoyed the record player! It was my daughter's first time playing some vinyls. Was nice to be able to do a load of laundry. Would stay here again.

The room didn’t have a closet. Also, the kitchen didn’t have any dishes or cutlery.

I really like the location. The hotel is in a nice and quiet neighborhood, great to sleep or just walk around. My room was clean and comfortable. Everything was working.

There is no hanger and wardrobe so there is not much place to put clothes I stayed on the groud floor so you could here the noise from above and the neighbor, especially when they were walking or listening to music I asked for the room to be cleaned and they cleand it, but not fully (carpet as dirty as it was/sink too) Not a very practical kitchen: you can wash dishes but didn’t have much space where to put them to dry, also there were no cutleries or bowls provided Washing machine didn’t work, they offered a solution and it turned out there was a problem with the electricity pannel but I couldn’t really have a full wash because the safety of the electricity panel was falling

Difficult to enter the hotel - Intercom with a list of codes where you had to call and introduce yourself. I think this can be a huge inconvenience for older people who don't speak English well. After the whole process of logging in, I was given a list of codes, for different doors with different codes - it was quite frustrating, because everything had to be well remembered or looked up on the phone. In the room, it turned out that we did not receive an extra set of bedding for our son, and when we received - it turned out that it was without pillowcases on the pillows and comforter.

The hotel is in a prime location - just 300 meters from the place where the Oscars - film awards - are handed out. In the hotel everything is automated - code-based. After contacting us over the intercom, the person taking care of the guests greeted us very kindly and helped us check in.

Strange setup - it seems like a few short stay rooms in a condo or apartment building. The door had an electronic lock that barely worked and locked us out for minutes at a time. The street noise and lights made it difficult to sleep. The decor was lazy and unfinished. They provided only 2 kcups for two nights with two guests. It was adequate as a place to sleep but "boutique" is definitely overselling it.

The walls are paper thin, if you’re on a lower level you can hear the people above you walking which is annoying especially during the middle of the night. The use of electronic locks is also sketchy, we found out room unlocked when we triple checked that it had been locked. Nothing was missing though

One night there were other guest talking close to our door and you could hear everything!

Great location and clean room! It was nice with the small kitchen so we could prepare our own breakfast. The pool looked great but it was unfortunately too cold to enjoy during our stay. Very smooth with check in/out via a portal and it felt safe with all the codes for the doors.

The online check in was very frustrating. I am elderly and a non techy. When I received the emails indicating to pre check in online it also quite clearly said there would be someone to have face to face interaction with to check in.. We arrived after dark in a strange country and a strange city to get to a locked gate that we could not access get inside. We were quite scared. Finally someone happened to exit the building and gave us access to the foyer area where we were able to make contact with Fenix by telephone and after much stuffing around managed to check in and get to our room finally.

Location was excellent with an easy walk down to Hollywood Boulevarde and all the action there. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Although we didn't use them I liked the idea of washing machine and dryer in the room. The external communal area ie pool and sun area was excellent. Overall recommended.

TV was challenging. Please create written instructions on remote functions, and how to tune in to regular TV. Pool not heated (boo) so could not swim. Also no jacuzzi or hot tub option. No place to hang clothes. No luggage racks. Rug between beds was dirty looking, I’d get rid of it. Could hear footsteps from unit above, heavy feet pacing, late at night. They finally settled down. Good thing I’m a night owl. Hoot.

Staff was super kind and responsive. I arrived early and Jennifer greeted me with a smile. Made me feel welcome. Enjoyed lounging on the roof top deck. My silly cell phone died one evening, thus I needed help getting in because all codes were on phone, of course. Staff helped me out of that bind. The vinyl record player & old records - fun to play those. I did the Jane Fonda workout - ha! Security is great, very safe place. Great towels and linens, bed comfy. Nice kitchen area, clean & new fixtures throughout. Recently remodeled, with retro decor in good taste, books & records. Great proximity to Magic Castle, Hollywood Blvd, Franklin mansions sightseeing - walking distance to all.

There were no cups, plates, forks, spoons, etc. it was very disappointing not to find these simple but necessary things especially when there’s a sink, microwave and a coffeemaker in the room

It’s a perfect location for reasonable price. Spacious and clean studio. And we liked that all doors had code locks for additional security. And special thank you for Jennifer— manager— she is very sweet and nice, and very helpful and I think real find for the property.
