Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of America1) The beds were awful. We range from 6'4" and 250 pounds to 5'7" and 120 pounds, and none of us found the beds comfortable. But then, this is a bargain lodging and not a Crown Plaza. 2) The toilets are tiny, round bowls and low to the ground--very old-fashioned. 3) The shower rods should be the bowed, space-expanding style, bolted to the wall style rods, not tension rods. I did not enjoy seeing the buggered-out paint every day, where someone knocked the tension pole down twenty times. The tops of the walls in the bathrooms needs a scrub. 4) Entering the place was a goat rodeo--NO EARLY Check in so we had to wait until 4:00 p.m. and then couldn't get in--none of the codes worked so we used the lockbox key after fning around on the phone for what seemed like an eternity. Two more trips to our unit two days in a row before the codes were fixed. The Yale IoT lock systems they are using are antiquated and should be replaced--it's costing you programming fees and bothering your guests--no one is winning with these locks. 5) The toilet sipped all night--I told mgt, and they sent someone, and he claimed to fix it, but he didn't, so all week, even with the bathroom door closed, I listened to the toilet refilling every ten minutes--wasting water and costing sleep--if you are sleeping on that side of the bed your head is only a few feet from the toilet with nothing but a hollow core door between you and the toilet. I left the bathroom fan on every night to compensate.
The location is fantastic—two long blocks to the beach and minutes from shopping and restaurants--very centrally located. The balcony was great because it's covered and accessible when it rains--massive bonus if you like to smoke or sit outside! The buildings are surrounded by forest—wonderfully relaxing. Security is excellent. The price is EXCELLENT. Allowing two parking passes for a two-bedroom condo was also excellent--the place is an absolute bargain. VERY LIVEABLE SPACE for four to five people if you don't all need private bathrooms.

United States of AmericaThe mattresses on the beds weren't comfortable, and neither was the living room furniture. The cable TV wasn't working so I had to call to have that fixed. This condo is suppose to sleep 6 but the furniture in the living room was a bit small and there was room for bigger pieces. We found a roach in the apt. Thankfully, only one.
Location was great. I stayed at the same condos before just a different apt.

United States of AmericaThe unit is pretty small and the bathrooms are tiny. There isn't a drain stopper in the kitchen so it was tricky to make sure nothing went down the drain. The towel rod in the master bathroom is not attached to the wall on one side so it kept falling if it was touched the least little bit. There was no TV in the 2nd bedroom. We made due but this would have been nice to have. There would be enough room to replace the loveseat with a couch that seated more people.
We loved how close this was to the beach and enjoyed having a private walkway. It was nice it came with items to enjoy on the beach. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were cozy. It served our family well for a few days.

United States of AmericaI would've gave 5 stars but around 8:30am on check out day someone knocked on our door, did not give us the chance to answer, put in the code to open our door, then slung in a bag of supplies for the condo. This scared the hell out of me and my family. We thought someone was intruding in. We were all still asleep. This was not good at all.
I liked the location and that it was gated.

United States of AmericaPots and pans could use updating. I also think how far it was from the beach was misrepresented. Several comparable units were 500$ cheaper than what I paid.
It was very nice and clean. We did enjoy our stay for the mist part. It was very quiet and relaxing.

United States of AmericaI didnt that there were no elevators and we had a room on the 2nd floor so it wasn't going up and down after going and doing everything else. Especially with kids.
I like that there were things to do. There were tennis courts, racket ball courts, ping pong, 2 pools, and a short walk to the beach. The walk was about 2-3 blocks.

United States of AmericaWe did find some bugs .. I don't think they were Palmetto bugs either.. I saw where there was a regular exterminator scheduled.. but for a place that nice and for that price after all the fees are in place... i mean, I've stayed at other much cheaper places in bigger cities and never saw bugs... especially that particular bug inside.
Location was perfect. The condo was really clean. Any staff I interacted with were very polite and accommodating
