Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was not included, coffee was. This hotel is ready for the adventure seeker. The gift shop had some clothing for sale, along with the tee shirts there was a good selection of technical clothing and gear for hiking, biking and such. A nice fire pit was lit in the morning for us early risers and in the evening for those that enjoy resting after a day of activity.

This is a really great place to use as a base for all the activities in the area. The hotel looked to be brand new. The room was very fresh and clean. The beds were very comfortable and everything in the room worked as it should. We only stayed here for one night as we were on our way to Denver. This will be my first choice the next time I'm in the area.

Very pleased with the whole experience.
Nice and clean property on the edge of Moab. Beds are very comfortable! Pool and hot tub uncrowded. Grandkids had fun. No carpets ideal for biking enthusiasts.

My kids liked the game room. My husband liked the complimentary drip coffee all day and I thought the bright room was a nice break from the other hotel rooms we typically stay in. Staff was nice.

My only complaint is that there was not an electrical outlet near the sink/mirror. It was further down the wall and it might be a stretch for someone’s hairdryer cord.
This was a great property with an interesting outdoorsy vibe! There were note pads in the rooms to record what trails you had hiked.

The AC/heating unit made a noise that was a bit bothersome. The front desk promised to look into it for the next guest. I would skip the avocado toast at their cafe.
The front desk staff was very polite and helpful with suggestions for things to do in the area, places to eat, etc. The property has all the basics that you would need to have a comfortable stay. Some amenities that you would find at a traditional hotel are not here (e.g. coffee machine in the room or a landline in the room), but we never use them anyways, so we didn’t need them or miss them. We loved the decor in the room. The space is very well organized and optimized. The beds were comfortable. The game room and firepit were nice areas to hang out at the end of the day.

Not directly in the city, so quieter. Perfect to visit Arches NP and Canyonland. Modern and nice room. Very pleasant personal. Always ready to support. The best location in MOAB.

The only issue we had during our stay was that the TV didn't work as the remote control had gone missing and the hotel weren't able to fix this during our stay, but this didn't pose too much of an issue as we could watch Netflix on our laptop. They did mention that they would get it fixed in the next week which was good.
The hotel is in a great location if you're looking to visit Arches National Park. The hotel itself is very well equipped with a pool, games area and coffee shop/restaurant area. We didn't make use of any of these as we were only staying for 1 night but looked great if we had time. Our room was really spacious with a huge bed and good amenities. The staff were really friendly on check in and check out and were responsive when we contacted them with queries during our stay. They were also able to accommodate a slightly early check in which was good! We would definitely stay here again if we visit Moab in the future.

Something odd about our room being so hot 🔥 there seemed no real explanation and sadly the windows are unable to be opened so we had to put on the A/C (noisy) which seemed a little crazt in winter! Staff were happy to move us but we had already moved once! We were advised keep the blinds closed during the day as sun comes streaming in but alas too late 4 us!
The staff were amazing , super friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble, beds were comfy, the atmosphere was good , location great for the Arches NP -

Type of room we got did not match what we booked. Property didn’t have that room anymore. We received partial credit for the stay instead.
Clean, very comfortable, modern, great location! Outdoorsy feel and set up so that you could keep your sports equipment with you. Outside pool, hot tub, and fire pit were great. Breakfast and lunch available at the property for a reasonable cost.
