They didn’t have my reservation when I arrived. Said Booking.com didn’t push it through. I received a confirmation and a reminder email prior to my arrival from the hotel. Check-in took a long time.

They ran out of cookies- the bathroom had no exhaust fan -also the shower/tub is dated…it was clean, but not clean & for that price-especially the bathroom—-clean… Also the weird 50$ deposit… hold/strange- The carpet needs updating & I think it just needs a refresh/ the grounds are lonely- needs 24 hour room service for sure!

I loved the design & the history (it was built by a Frank Lloyd Wright student (so I was told). - The staff was amazing! Location- people-free shuttle!

The refrigerator was substandard, and my food kept getting wet from condensation. The shower curtain was ripped, but I was able to use it without a lot of water ending up on the floor. The noise from the airport was initially disturbing, but it was only a problem when planes were taking off in one direction. We were able to get plenty of sleep, because the noise was minimal except for the first night.

The breakfast was very good except for the scrambled eggs. The room was large and comfortable.

The phone in the room did not work. When we would call the phone number to the hotel no one would answer. It just rang and rang. Very frustrating.

After an early morning flight my husband wanted to nap but it was so noisy he couldn’t sleep. There was a lot of work being done by cleaning staff and it sounded like drilling and banging being done. Didn’t bother me though I was by the pool with a good book.

Close to airport convenient shuttle!. Beautiful pool and outdoor area.

We had electrical issues in the room where we could not plug in the fridge and TV at the same time. We weren’t made aware of that and we had left over food that ended up wasting. We called the front desk multiple times and they informed us some one was on the way. No one ever came so I went to the front desk on the way to dinner to inform them we were leaving the room and if someone was still coming. The response was “oh yeah, we can’t fix that till after you leave” I didn’t appreciate that there was no follow up and they didn’t even offer another room or some other type of assistance.

I like the location. I’ve stayed here many times before. I as nice that the pool and Jacuzzi was actually open this time.

Supper Fast check in..We love free 24 hr airport shuttle..just supper convenient..staff text me see if I need anything. I love them communicating to there guest. Great customer service.

I ended up stranded in Phoenix (Cancelled Flight) and needing to book an additional night. The staff made this a simple and relatively painless task. During my unplanned stay I needed to contact colleagues in the UK, which wasn't easy, but the staff onsite moved heaven and earth to help me.

The location is amazing. Our daughter lives just a couple blocks from there. Love the cookies. I like having a restaurant within the hotel.

There was hair from a previous tenant in the shower and it was very off putting... This part is no one else's fault but mine but I'm not a fan of feather down pillows, they hurt my neck. But again, that part isn't the hotel's fault, it's just a preference thing

I didn't like that my first room had a lot of individuals in it in which room was supposed to be empty. Also, I didn't like how small the shower was and no microwave and how far the front lobby was.

Room opens to open air. Did not feel the safest as anybody as could walk onto the hotel property without being checked. Kind of dark and not terribly well lit. I was fine but I would worry about my wife staying by herself here.

The Air conditioner blew into my face while in bed. I was unable to adjust the fan to a comfortable level making my sleep experience uncomfortable.
