The security doors were not working to the outside parking lot. Doors were propped open. Safety is important to me.

We were booked in room 409 originally. The toilet did not work so we were moved to 408. Both rooms were okay. The fan in the living room in 409 does not work. The closet door in 409 does not work well and makes a horrible noise when you try to open it. The rooms were clean but could use updating and proper repair. Patches were evident and the back exterior door screwed shut was unnerving.

Beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean but could use updating and proper repair. The lobby, pool, and eating areas were well kept and we enjoyed the retro vibe.

Starting from outside to inside. Holes in the parking lot!! The front bathroom smelled like s sewer line. My keys you my room was not working. T.v. in the room didn't work.

we pulled in around 1 in the morning and left at 5:30 am. Staff was pleasant, bed was comfortable, room seemed clean. Too tired to really pay too much attention to details, just wanted my beauty rest before hitting the road for my 13 hour drive home.

the faulty door locks and not having maintenance personnel or maintenance materials available was unacceptable and needlessly delayed our trip when we were already on a tight schedule. Again I don’t blame the staff on duty for the issue but not having routine maintenance items on hand and readily available was very poor management

The staff was exceptional. we ran into a problem with the locks on the room door malfunctioning and the manager on duty and front desk attendant both worked hard to resolve the issue. the faulty lock delayed our departure by about 90 minutes but both of them worked hard to get the room opened. Their extra effort to get the locked room was much appreciated

I think the doors are the only thing that freaked me out because it looked and felt old and loose that it made me feel like anyone could walk in at anytime. My doors in my room (185) were moved by the wind & made noises through the night. It just didn’t feel safe. I guess I was extra worried because I brought my family. But that’s honestly the main thing that freaked me out.

The pictures online made the hotel seem a lot nicer than it was. The doors didn’t feel like they were really locked bc they’re old and paint was chipped, also the wind would make the door creek/move. There were no big signs to make it easier to find the hotel on the actual building. All the doors in the hotel just look old. My room was very clean, perfect. I think it’s just an old building. No roaches which is awesome. And the breakfast was simple but good enough. Although Covid is still on it was nice to have breakfast as an option.

This hotel has seen better days. It could definitely use some updates. The doors are all hard to close due to settling, the locks are the same. It just felt very old and not well taken care of.

It’s an unusual hotel. The layout is interesting and it’s a lot larger than I expected.

The room just looked old and the commode was constantly running when we first came in and it was 1 o’clock in the morning I did call the main desk and they put it down for notes but we had to open the top of the commode and jiggle it a few times every time we flushed it

The bathroom floors and doors were a little outdated. The toilet takes a little while to flush and it was only discovered later you have to hold the handle down longer.

This little Diamond in the rough was worth it to us for the price and hot breakfast. Everyone was super friendly and nice to my family of 5!

The family get togethers outside our room 100. They talked quite loud for a fairly long time. The acoustics were not very good.

1st and 2nd day door locked fine when we left. But 3rd and 4th day didn't lock when we left. I didn't have to use the key when we came back in

The only issue I had with the facility. When employees talk among themselves they don't take inconsideration for customers listening and the using foul language even if it is their native language...i speak that language myself but didn't let them know that. So sad bad language has to be used at any area of the facility. They never know who's listening.

The staff didn't know how to do anything I didn't get to stay cause I was being charged more. I still haven't gotten my money back and they didn't know how to speak to booking. Com to approve my refund I'm still waiting for my money

Had to leave in the middle of the night because we found live roaches. There was tack on the walls, outlets, even a dead roach coming out of a Crack in the ceiling. The ladies at the front desk were nice, one even went and took pictures. They refunded my deposit but not our stay.
