Nothing we did not like. Perhaps just a suggestion to have a couple fluffy blankets to wrap yourself in for the cooler parts of the day while sitting on the beautiful porch and watching the river.

Location was fabulous! Streamside cabin, privacy trees for most of the porch, super clean cabin, stocked well, respectful and helpful staff, lots of shelves to put things as well as strategically placed pine logs inside to hang even more things, very comfortable bedding, and coffee with cream and sugar! We will definitely return. This is the most quiet and serene place we have ever been in our 60 plus years. And close to downtown for all needs.

The bed was way too cushy and the pillows were way too hard. Also the lady at the front seemed grumpy, not rude just grumpy..

The value was amazing. I wish it were in my schedule to have been able to stay longer. I would definitely return again to enjoy the opportunities of summer fun with the river. The beauty of winter was enhanced by the perfect hot tub !!

Some road noise being right off the highway, but not annoying.

We've stayed here several times, it's our go-to when booking a place in Pagosa. Cozy little cabins, nice property grounds with various activities available in the warmer months. We always book in winter and really enjoy the hot tub.

A very cute place. Our little 2-bedroom cabin was perfect as we were traveling with our dog. The kitchenette had adequate cooking facilities and dishes. Location was great - just outside of town

Small rustic cabins with a kitchenette that was stocked with nice dishes and cleaning products. Gas fireplace stove in the living area was amazing! The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with soft towels. The cabin was great for 2 people and was very cozy and comfortable. The property itself was beautiful with the river running behind it. The trees in front of the cabins added to the cozy cabin feel especially after it snowed! Great location and easy access to the highway.

The cabin I stayed in needed some improvements, but still a good experience. My chief complaint, which would actually keep me from staying there again, was all of the overly scented products. When you first walk in, the cleaning products are a bit overwhelming, but I left the door cracked for a while and that helped. Unfortunately, when I crawled into my super comfy bed, I could not sleep because the overly perfumed laundry detergent used was brutal and gave me a headache. I mentioned that at check out and really hope they change their detergent because they really do have a great place.

Gorgeous location, except for the sound of traffic from the highway. Perhaps the cabins next to the river are quieter. The grounds are beautiful with lots of cool touches like sculptures, tables, fire pit and even a horse corral. I enjoyed it in the winter, I bet summer is spectacular!

No paper towels in our cabin. The bed is more of a full bed not a queen. Beds are really small. This place is more of an airbnb.

No real complaints. Loved my stay. A mention for those travelers with hyperallgenic tendencies to cleaning product scents - The cleaning products used do leave a strong clean scent. I was able to work around it by opening the screened windows and front door when I first arrived. The scents did subside.

Enjoyed a great 2 night stay here in the fall shoulder season. Very clean, relaxing and safe place. Great staff. Well designed cabins come with a fully stocked, small kitchen with all the supplies you need for meal prep. mini fridge, coffee maker & coffee if you forget yours. Good sleep, ample towels in bathroom. Covered front porch with seating. If you are not in a river cabin it is a very short walk to the San Juan. Off street parking. Located on the edge of town on 160. Oh! they have laundry available for a small fee. A great treat when traveling. They have thought of everything.
