Lack of power outlets in the room unless you unplugged the lamps. Plumbing not great. Toilet blocked twice and sink blocked too. Hotel feels like it needs a little TLC. Dinner options in the bar were ok but food could have been better and hotter

Location worked as it was a cheap uber ride from COTA and the city. Handy for the airport too. Nice clean room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was great. Loved those buttermilk pancakes! Heath in the bar is a real asset to the hotel.

The room had a "City View" was on a high floor. However the glass in window had been cracked and sealed over with tape. This frightened me a bit.

Clean, comfy bed. Enough space, refrigerator (needed it for insulin) Helpful staff, easy check-in/check-out. Was there for a conference. It had a beautiful outdoor pool area and I wished I had more time to enjoy that. There was also a small store for snacks and toiletries in the lobby.

I just didn't like little things - like having electrical outlets available. They didn't put enough in to the walls so we have to unplug things to charge our devices. I would love a pad and a pen. Some written information (like checkout time, wifi, etc.) You have to access information about the hotel on the TV, which I hate. Wish they had a microwave. Weirdly, the toilet paper was too far from the toilet. So - my problems were basically in the design and amenities. I wouldn't rush back as the hotel across town is cheaper, has all the good but none of the bad.

It was clean, comfortable, nice staff, well-maintained. Ok location. Had a refrigerator, which is always a plus. The pools were pretty. Parking was easy.

One problem, one of your servers was sick. They wore a mask but still should have been allowed to be home. Second problem, wish I had had more outlets/updated outlets, especially for usb.

I enjoyed all bartenders I interacted with. Male server at the onion restaurant too.

Next to a noisy major freeway interchange. Tolerable but maybe not best for light sleepers.

Long waiting time at the reception (20 mins!) even after finally they found my booking. Furthermore, the staff at the reception gave me a card to room no 722 which... does not exist! After returning to the reception, nobody apologized or even just explained - they just gave me a card to a diff room no 1420 which luckily existed this time.

Spacious room, however not very modern and quite noisy due to nearby I35 and airport highways which on another hand make the location very convenient, especially if you travel by main road of I35 between Austin and San Antonio, with good free parking places and easy access to the road without any traffics. Generally it is a good value for money in Austin South.

Noisy kids in the hallway until 11pm and heavy weed/pot smell coming out of vents in our room !

The drain in the shower did not work. Toiletries were not replaced.

Quiet property, elevators were always fast, comfortable large bed, parking is free, right off highway and 10 min from downtown.

Since we were visiting for Austin City Limits, we could not get food from the hotel because they closed so early or open late in the day. On the other hand, the carpet was filthy, we had a cricket in our room, and the bed was sagging so badly, that we could not sleep properly.

The staff was very friendy, the parking lot was huge, and it was a good distance from the hotel to Zilker Park. We did not use any other amenities since we were there just for the festival.

Water fountain was out of action and hidden at the opposite end of the hotel. The room didn't have a main light, it had a light at the door and in the bathroom, but otherwise was lit up with lots of little table lamps.

Really liked that it had a gym with treadmills, bikes, weight training machines. Room was very large and had a refrigerator, and a safe. Good connection with local bus route number 7 which takes you straight into downtown Austin.

On day 2 of 4 bathroom ceiling dripped water from above. Staff quickly allocated us another room so no problem really.

The sink was backed up, took the shower a little bit to heat up, no bath towels in the room had to ask for some, AC in the room did not get room below 70-degrees.

locaiton was great, pool was great, check in was smooth, and staff were very friendly.
