I’ve never stayed in a property setting before so I wasn’t really sure if it was the right place without an employee on site. I had questions on how to work the heating unit but no one to talk to.

It was in a quiet neighborhood. It easy to get to the downtown area more or less in walking distance.

Sink counter is too small. It is Airbnb, not hotel. Unluckily, we had a neighbor at upper stairs, they made loud noise, like a party until after midnight.

Strange building layout, could have more counter space and places to set stuff down in the bathroom as well as larger shower doors so water wasnt on the floor. Downtown is walkable but not for 2 women at night.

Easy to find, no problems checking in, responsive when we had a problem, comfortable beds, lots of space. Great value for the money!

A few more plugs or USB ports would be nice for charging phones/accessories.

Great stay for the price. Hit all of my needs (big room, comfortable bed, big bathroom, clean, good water pressure, nice towels).

There was no desk or coffee making facilities. Also no shower gel etc. The door code locks are very sensitive and I kept getting double presses. 4pm was a late check in and there are no staff at all. It is described as a hotel but really it is more of an apartment block. Also there is only one front door key in the key safe so if one resident forgets to put it back then everyone else would be locked out.

Very large room that is brand new and very clean with a great shower.

too complicated to get in to the building and room. very tech. no instructions for the 'smart TV'. - for a 'baby boomer' No hand towels or wash clothes. - They did have nice big bath towels, and one dark make up towel though but that's it. Could use a couple of more trash cans. Need more counter space and/or tables in bathroom and bedroom area. all the lights in the main area are on one switch - would be better if the luggage rack and "kitchen" are had separate lights for living and bedroom areas. need tables by beds and lights for reading etc. as there was only one

large room, modern. Comfortable beds. Nice bath towels. good water pressure. Lots of outlets (though no counters or table to put devices on) Once we got in things were great. Lots of potential but doesn't appear to be completed.

quiet location within walking distance of a few bars & police station in the immediate area adds to safer feeling..plenty of parking available right out front or in rear..

Not much to complain about. Maybe add some items? Room felt kinda bare. Luggage rack or a chair would be great. Also maybe a deadbolt inside the room? Just would have helped me feel a little more secure if I’d been traveling alone.

Short walk to the main strip of shops and such. Clean and comfy.

No safety grab bar in shower. No door to shower however it was an open shower design but water sprayed everywhere. No table or chairs to sit at. No bench for luggage. Only one dresser and it was in front of the electric outlet I needed for my oxygen concentrator. So I had to move the dresser to use the outlet.

New construction. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Good communication with owner.

Can hear everything from neighbors around the room. Very thin walls, Difficult to drown out other noises even with the AC and noise generator.

Great location, convenient to walk to town. Easy and plentiful parking! Safe at night. Large room. Great with basic amenities. Good price and very clean.

VERY thin walls. Dude next door was on the phone (I assume) talking in what was probably a normal tone but to me next door it sounded like he was in my room. The bathroom shelf was falling off the wall and also, the bathroom - weird layout.

very clean, new, minimalist aesthetic. Booked through booking but they didn’t tell me the room number and code (annoying) so I had to message the property manager (who responded immediately).

Area was run down and not smoke free and ac didn’t work right. Took minutes to get owner to reply. I request refund and owner said I didn’t cancel when I told him I left hotel to go home if booking.com couldn’t find me a better place to stay.

Nothing:At arrival door was not working properly to enter. Contacted owner or contact person told to use door down sidewalk. Got to room filled with cigarette smoke and ac not working properly. It took awhile for owner to respond both times to complaint. Hotel suppose to be a smoke free building. I had severe asthma ended up sick.
