We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of Americathe room was not very clean. the sheet on the bed was stained. The towels, hand cloths and shower had hair in them and were stained. There was also a small amount of marijuana residue left on the nightstand. Overall, the hotel is okay but needs improvement. i suggest that the cleaning crew put more effort into cleaning those rooms and management pay closer attention to it. I doubt that i will stay there again because there are newer and nicer hotels in the area for just a little more money.
