Very old furniture, bedding, curtains, desk, chair. The location was kinda poor. Broken furniture, no blow dryer.

Very outdated... needed total upgrade. There are not enough outlets for cell phone charging. No lamp shades on lamps. However, if you are looking for an inexpensive place right next to the beach and other amenities, the location is good.

Floors were dirty and you had to always wipe the dirt off your feet before getting into bed or putting on your shoes. Dresser drawers also had dead bugs in them.

Location was ok, but the outside had litter and parking lot was not kept clean.

The mattress was old and not very comfortable. There were tons of suspicious people outside the hotel at all times. We were skeptical leaving our car parked outside our room overnight.

Close to all of the attractions, room was decently clean, the staff seemed nice.

You could not walk to the beach from where the hotel was. Check in time was 3:00 so we had to wait around to check in.

Outdated. Hair was all over the bathroom wall and pretty sure poo was too. It was right by the tissue. Remote for the tv didn’t work properly for the volume or power. Sheets and pillow cases were stained and top blanket was more like the decorative one that usually goes on top but it was just that and a sheet. And it had a burn hole in it. We got non smoking because we do not smoke cigarettes and was reminded it was a non smoking room but the toilet lid and seat had burn holes. One trash can in the whole room and it was extremely small. Non of the linens smelled fresh. The hot water is terrible and good at the same time. It would work then stop working be really hot and not hot at all. The microwave was rusted all in the inside.

Well for one I was disappointed when the pool was completely empty. I think things like this should be noted cuz was looking forward to pool and prob would have picked a different hotel with pool. Then you can hear everything through walls we had someone next to us fighting and could hear everything definitely needs updating

The bathtub was so slippery my fiance and myself almost fell in the shower on multiple occasions. The hot water took forever to get warm but besides that it was decent

Cigarette burn in comforter and the refrigerator in the room didn't work which was annoying. There was a patch that needed painted so lax on aesthetics.

The price was right for an overnight-no luxe linens but comfortable. It was clean, even behind the bathroom door. Front desk clerk was delightful even at midnight. Perfect stop for overnight weary travelers.

A/C doesn’t pump out much air, even on high. Needs some TLC/repairs and maintenance to keep it at a higher dollar level.

Great location - walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Spacious room. An older establishment and could use some TLC, but the bed was comfy - important for old bones. :) Hot water takes a few minutes to make it to the shower so be patient and plan ahead. Room is a bit pricey but given the location it is understandable.

Pool was drained. Bathroom exhaust vent did not work. The room door, well it had issues. Could not lock dead bolt, went leaving room. Only the regular lock. Kind of sketchy, when it could be opened with a screwdriver.. 😐 Large crack at bottom of door, and no seal when door is closed. Glad it wasn't cold outside !

Beds were dirty, noisy and a little uncomfortable. The floor was dirty, I looked under the beds and found trash, food, and dirt. Walls were scrapped up, bathroom door had marks on it that looked like stab marks. Broken desk chair, dirty light fixtures, a big gap under the entrance door that I had to lay clothes in front of to seal.

Value was good for what it was, staff was very friendly, and great location.
