Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaRoom had basic facilities, lacking coffee/tea amenities. Inconsistent hot water—hot on day 1, lukewarm after. Disappointing.
Great hotel, prime location, close to everything. Good facilities, but expect delays during check-in due to its size. Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious rooms with a view of the strip.

United KingdomPool is a disco pool so if you want to relax by the pool don’t book here. The male receptionist could not find out booking so said it’s been cancelled and said call Booking.com sent me into a tail spin as apparently left with daughter and no room after 11 hr flight. Found a super manager call Sam Li who said guy on reception was new and there should have not been a problem. I suggested that he trains his staff correctly and ensures booked guests are not turned away to fend for themselves.
Great location. Central on strip.

United KingdomAbsolutely no hot water in the mornings - I'd read lots of reviews saying that had been an issue recently (it never had been before and this was my 7th visit) but they were all true. Not too bad in the afternoon but by then you're out and about so was not ideal at all.

United States of America-Dirty room with at least a years worth of Dust Bunnies under front overhang of bed frame -your casino was extremely disappointing . More than half Flamingo gaming tables closed making ME unable to spend my money $$ at My casino... Most of my gambling was at the TRUE 5 Star Cosmopolitan Hotel, with Tons of gaming tables and beautiful chandelier, etc plus l Loved the gaming tables Halloween at Old Las Vegas.l, the last stop on the bus. - Your sliding mirrored closet doors need safety stops. EVERY DAY, at least 2 times/day, my fingers were jammed hard and are bruised (we left your Flamingo 430am, 4/28) - I was disgusted by the peeling, no springs with no filling, OLD& Ugly chaise lounge. It have no support, only PAIN. I sat on it twice over 2 days and each time it push out a nasty fart smell and MY ENTIRE 145LBS Hit the wooden hard base, hurting my L1, L2 and sacrum. My sacrum is bruised green, grey and purple!!! The armless fake leather chair has a small slippery seat with no lumbar support. I SLID and hit your floor HARD, twice and my left and right butt cheeks are also bruised. I only got hurt in the overpriced horrible room at Flamingo. I've never experienced this before at any hotel, motel! I am asking for significant recompense. Otherwise, I see quite a few class action law suits for same as my experience. Sincerely Lisa WeinsteinFlynn
1) The family pool and the party waterfall"pool 2) The animal sanctuary at traction= The few flamingos, 1 pelican, especially the coi, catfish, groupers swimming in an old, looks fake "coi pond with. fake waterfall. 3) Small Casino... AustraliaWe stood in line for 90 minutes to check in, on a Wednesday….only 2-3 people actually working the check ins while another 4-5 staff just stood around behind the desk and watched on/doing nothing.
Very spacious rooms, great views over the strip, location is second to none, right the middle of everything. The side door that led straight onto Linq Promenade was great.

United States of AmericaUnder and behind furniture clearly has not been vacuumed in awhile. The shower had the glass door removed and a curtain put up which did not keep the water inside the shower so the floor was SOAKED after showering. Prices for food and coffee were ridiculously high. Having to scan your key card and then pick your floor in the elevator to get upstairs is a nice idea but does not work well at all when you have people from multiple floors in the elevator at once. If you're not careful you will ride up and down several times before your key card scan will "take".
The room was available in the same hotel as my conference for a fairly reasonable price. Really good food and coffee choices available on site so I didn't have to go anywhere; plus all had in room delivery or mobile ordering which was great. Also, kiosk check in and mobile check out were fantastic and really appreciated. LOVED the little bird and fish sanctuary in the middle of the property!
