Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

This time, we decided to bring my son for his 23rd birthday.. the wifi was terrible.. only time we got signal was when we left the hotel.. We called Guest Services, several times. They put us on hold for long periods of time.. until we gave up and hung up. I did get through twice. One time support did some troubleshooting and said they have hotel maintenance to look into it. No one from the hotel followed up. Issue was never fixed.. second time I spoke with someone from guest services. Who said the hotel had nothing to do with my signal. (Duh bitch) the problem I was having was with the hotels wifi. She put me on hold, never to return. So I hung up.. issue was never resolved. Worst customer service ever. Just from Guest services.. everyone else was great.
I liked the location and the amenities.. We stay at the flamingo everytime we go to vegas.

The cleaning staff came in once and only cleaned my bathroom. I had specfically opted in to have cleaning. It was bizarre. Also the phone in my room stopped working and the thermostat didn't work properly (either "off" or cold)
I've stayed her many times before. The location is great. Usually the rooms are great.

Housekeeping was a joke. We waited 2 hours for extra towels and additional pillows. We were never told the pillows were unavailable until the towels arrived. Parking should be a courtesy for room rentals.

Even as guess you still have to pay for parking. Why the he'll is the resort fee even for then? Also check in starts at 330pm not 3pm like the site says and they will charge you a 10 dollar early check in fee

The room was extremely comfortable, but it would have been nice if a coffee pot was available in your room. Everything else was great, the beds were amazingly comfortable!
The location is perfect and I appreciate that you don't have to walk "5 miles" to reach your rooms.

The reception mistakenly charged me the cost twice & the incidentals bond x three times which was extremely stressfully trying to sort out this financial mess as I was over $2000 out of pockets above cost - which finally got reimbursed 8 days later

No coffee in room and lines were a mile long to get coffee downstairs. Ended up paying almost $12 for coffee at Dunkin around the corner! Soooo smoky! I get it, it’s Vegas, but it doesn’t mean I have to like it. I will stay at the MGM Park next time as it’s smoke free! Long lines for check in, even with the kiosks. Only two pillows per bed and when we called for two more, they only brought one.
The rooms were a good size and clean. Beds were comfortable.

Pool is so overpriced and it's not heated which for wether in March'23 was way to cold to use, drinks too pricy for the clientelle. Bathrooms can be refreshed they are a bit dates, no hot water unless you run it for hours and waste it Requests take few hours to be done - we waited whole da for new towels and iron replacment as our was broken
Amazing location, room was big and comfortable, lovelo pool, it has flamingos by the pool however im not sure it's animal friendly...

I like everything about the property but for the parking which is slightly far from the rooms themselves and it costs $25 per night. Other places have it slightly cheaper
This is my second visit to the property and I love it there. The room we got had a view of the sphere and the high roller, which was pretty cool. The property is right on the strip and has good food and clubs around. The casino is also quite good to lose some money.

Service-Room was missing towels, body wash. When we called to ask for these items, it took a long time and not all items requested were delivered. Room-Room we stayed in had taken a beating. The hot water handle on the sink did not function properly, loose outlets, loose shower handle, missing shower dispensers, large nicks in furniture. Family Pool-We took our kids (8,10) down to the family pool; it’s a very crowded and outdated pool. Especially when you see the much better adults-only pool next door which is empty and gorgeous.
Location-easy access to Interstate, attached to a monorail stop, located in the heart of the strip, easy access to Linq Promenade shopping/restaurants. Value-If you want a clean/convenient place to stay at a low price, this is a great option. Rooms-The room was very clean upon arrival Flamingos-Our kids (8,10) loved seeing the flamingos they had.
