It was old. The doors have been painted so many times, you can barely open the door without hurting your back and you have to slam it shut. The locks didn’t work well. Had to put a chair under the door.

While the room was basically clean, the floors really needed a good washing. Bottoms of our feet were black if we walked around without shoes/slippers. ALL outlets in the room except near the kitchen need to be replaced. Plugs were so loose that chargers would fall out easily and it made plugging in and keeping them in a challenge. Door to our room was in need of refit or something, you could see light from the hallway all around it. I would guess that is why people say sound travels a lot in other reviews of this hotel. We could hear the elevator chime from down the hallway, in the living room of the suite, but thankfully not the bedroom. Also, we were double charged the resort fee. First it was double charged on the bill and one was reversed, but then they charged my credit card another resort fee separately! Kind of a rip off. We didn't press the issue since they had upgraded us (we did not request it), but still didn't seem right.

The property is older, but fairly well maintained. Room was clean and well stocked with towels, etc. Kitchen area had plenty of dishes, glasses, etc....We were upgraded to a bigger suite, which was a nice surprise. The balcony view was lovely. Hotel was close to where we needed to be and also to the beach. Staff was friendly. There are stores close by, within walking distance. Free parking onsite.

Noisy attendants yelling through hallway and can hear people talking through closed doors. Front desk can be more cordial. Little out dated but clean. Room had view of parking lot on 3rd floor.

Location was close to Galleria Mall, convenient stores, Thai/ pizza restaurant, ice cream, and walking distance to beach. Also, 15 mins from Port Everglades. Room was nice and large for family. Sufficient amenities.

Everything was perfect

Location was perfect. We live next door at the Carlton. I needed a place for a few nights. I am not a tourish. I only slept and showered there. left early in the morning and returned late at night.

I was charged additional resort fee (33.90) after having already paid for it. Expecting the refund for that, haven't received it yet. So, be attentive. And the thing I really didn't like is that nobody is answering the booking chat and the phone. I had some requests and couldn't plan my day, because I didn't understand if the requests were confirmed or not.

The apartment was clean and spacious, comfortable. Generally, I would recommend.

Everything The room smelled horrible, the decor was disgusting, the beds were very uncomfortable. The hallways were dirty. Would never recommend anyone to stay there

I can say there was nothing I didn't like about the property

This property is exceptional. The amenities that you get for the price is amazing and the view of the ocean is just great. The fact that you can sit out on your balcony. I feel like that's a top-tier because most hotels you can look out of a window, but not sit on the balcony.

The price to wash laundry! 2$ to wash and dry is pricey when you have a full family!

Beds were very hard

Location is great! The resort may have been a RESORT in the 90's but, it isn't now. Rooms dated but clean. Only one set of elevators in the whole place, don't be in a hurry if you are on the top floors.
