It's very annoying when there is no place in the bathroom to place your tolietries and no hooks anywhere to hang your wet bathing suit and pool towel. Wish the motel was closer to the town but no big problem getting there. Should offer a shuttle three times a day. Morning, Lunch & Dinner time. Perhaps partner up with some of the other motels/hotels in the area.

Fleur Noire is incredible!! The location is excellent and the property is beautiful. If you like flowers, this is your place!! The common areas were quiet and relaxing. The rooms were great: comfortable beds, nice linens, etc. We stayed only two days but it felt like much longer... time really did slow down! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the complimentary bikes to tool around P.S. and it was so convenient! We will definitely return.

The bed linens were a polyester blend that makes me really hot. They should purchase 100% cotton bed linens.

Beds did not have top sheets which made it very hot at night. The keypad locks on the doors did not have a traditional bolt lock for additional safety—instead, if you turned the knob inside, you would unknowingly leave your door fully unlocked from the outside. No bathroom toiletries like qtips, shower cap, etc.

Beautiful property, very friendly and accommodating staff. Great location. Fire pits, welcome drink, and morning pastries were lovely touches.

The floor in our room needed some serious cleaning. Since temperatures were warm, we decided to forego shoes and socks while walking around our room. The bottoms of our feet were quickly filthy.

The staff was excellent! We were greeted warmly and made to feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was perfect with easy access to restaurants and tourist sites.

The hotel was a little hard to find at first. Once we got in there were no further problems.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They texted us each morning to ask if we needed anything. They had a pantry which included complimentary croissants, coffee, fruit, yogurts.

Such a nice hotel! We were staying here with mom, we loved the amenities. They had a small bar and snacks the whole day and coffee. We used the pool too, it’s heated, it was perfect after the long drive. Also they have free bikes, we used it too to drive around nice streets. Also loved that their sun beds are padded, so comfy!

A little farther from downtown than we usually stay. This area has some a new coffee place and a few restaurants, but not there yet as a walking location.

Staff were wonderful and so was our room which had a separate kitchen area which we really appreciated! Loved the croissants in the morning and snacks throughout the day. Bed was comfy.

Really not much! The location felt like a protected oasis and close to the main strip, but it was a little loud with cars right there.

The staff was just fabulous. We had too short of a stay, but they really made each guest feel pampered and special. The extra room for snacks and coffee was a real bonus for our early time to get back on the road

Absolutely loved our two nights at Fleur Noire. It’s a beautiful oasis nestled away in the movie colony area of Palm Springs. For me, the staff were so incredibly helpful and kind, particularly the lady working the afternoon/evening shift. Little touches like setting us up with iced jugs of water at the pool to lots of great tips and recommendations, we really felt so relaxed here. Room was great, everything we needed including steamer, coffee machine and the pantry we could use to pick up filtered water, snacks and croissants was fab! While I didn’t actively use it during my stay, I loved that you could text a number for any help you might need and they kept us updated with scheduled text prompts such as housekeeping and check out info. Really was the perfect place to end our west coast road trip. Thanks so much!

only let down while we were there was the showers were cold, we reported it but as we were only there one night they weren’t able to have it fixed before we left.

I loved the quirky vibe, the multiple places to relax and take in the surroundings. there was a little pantry we could help ourselves to through out the day with fresh pastries in the morning all free of charge. The designs of the rooms were spacious and so so stylish.

The ceiling fan was noisy. Bathroom needs updating. Plastic cups and stemware were cracked and old.

Staff were genuine, attentive and friendly. The Clubhouse was fully stocked with snacks and beverages. Beautiful murals and cottage decor was cozy. Location was great and within walking distance to restaurants.

This property is amazing! It's immaculate and so well decorated, even to the smallest detail. The pool was amazing and the games and ground surrounding was so nice to chill in. The reception was again lovely and the kitchen area with free snacks, drinks and breakfast was the nicest touch. Toiletries and equipment in the rooms were amazing and it had everything we needed. Air on worked a dream too. It was close to a coffee shop, a lovely sushi restaurant and other amenities. The bikes were free to use and we used them to cycle into town which was 10 minutes.
