Our stay here was highly enjoyable, comfortable, and relaxing. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, the hotel accommodations were amazing and our rooms impeccable, and the atmosphere at the hotel made our vacation to Palm Springs incredible! The hotel experience is next level, this is not your regular building with rooms. The hotel was beautifully decorated, creating that welcoming and peaceful environment you seek for when vacationing. You get your own suite decorated really beautifully and comfortable. The fireplace areas, the lounge chairs, and the pool were all perfect for relaxing to the max. We loved it! Incredible experience. Wished we had had more time to spend in this hotel.

Very beautifully designed and furnished hotel. We booked the hotel very last minute and arrived very late at night but the staff still gave us a very warm welcome, showed us around and even offered to keep the pool open a little longer if we wanted to use it. We also received really good sightseeing and travel tips from the owner and the staff the next morning. There is a pantry in the clubhouse where one can help himself/herself to complimentary snacks (chips, granola bars, croissants, apples) and drinks (flavoured sparkling water, milk, coffee, tea, juice) anytime of the day - much better than a regular mini bar!

The hotel itself was charming, staff were very helpful and welcoming, and all the amenities. Beyond the amazing hotel itself the location was perfect.

The entire property is completely stunning, Service was incredible, in every detail about this hotel was taken in consideration to ensure that guest have the best experience.

It was a little pricey given the environment - it's a cute remodel but over $500 for a renovated hotel is a bit much!

Kind staff, cute rooms, comfy beds, luxury shampoo/conditioner in all the showers-- and the pool was clean and well-maintained. The pool chairs were also VERY comfy and towels plentiful! I also really liked their little snack room that had unlimited free snacks, water, coffee/tea, and even sunscreen (needed for the desert!).

There could've been more carafes filled with water in the fridge, one of the days there were none amd we were constantly trying to refill our water.

I liked the complimentary breakfast, snacks and sun lotions in the clubroom. I also liked the games and bike rentals.

Everything was wonderful. Friendly and helpful staff. Super clean hotel and very comfortable beds. The pool and lounge area was really nice. Had fire pits at night. We also loved the cool vibe and the beautiful artwork painted on all the buildings. It also felt safe with gated entry and was close to restaurants and shops.

My only complaint would be that our room was I think close to some trash cans in the parking lot next door. Got a bit of a whiff of some trash when sitting on the little porch.

everything about it was well curated! It was also inviting (Bri was an excellent host when we arrived) and I loved that Sandfish was right next door! The whole property was well kept and beautiful!

The facilities were beautiful, the pool area was awesome and the staff was super diligent about making sure everyone at the pool had water, drinks, towels etc., and were extremely helpful overall. The rooms were super spacious and beautifully decorated.

We traveled across country to visit my son's family. This quaint hotel met all our expectations. It was clean and everyone was friendly. Restaurants were within walking distance. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

Everything worked incredibly well.

The value for price was amazing! The little touches like snacks, drinks, library, bikes, etc made the stay extra comfortable. Also Bri and Corey provided wonderful concierge services! And most of all, the pool and incredible comfortable pool chairs made Fleur Noire an irresistible place for sybaritic relaxation.

It was a great boutique hotel that is new and clean. We had someone drop out and they accomadated us to another room for two and we were surprised to have a small kitchen in there! it was really nice.
