The bed was a little uncomfortable for our tastes (memory foam isn't my favorite), and the highway noise was a little noticeable when lying in bed at night and in the early mornings, though we didn't notice it at all when we were in the unit during the day and doing stuff. We were in the upstairs unit closer to land, so presumably the units on the water side would be a bit quieter.

The location was super convenient for us and it was lovely to stay on the water. The unit had everything we needed. The host was very responsive, and the check-in process was seamless. Parking was always available. It was fun to see the seaplane and helicopter coming and going right outside, and it's only during the day so the noise wasn't a bother. Having the Good Earth (top-notch organic supermarket) a few minutes away is fantastic!

Although we did not experience extreme tides, the tide can put sidewalks under water. Boots are standing by for your use. There is plenty of description and instructions on the website when booking. This is nature at work a - a minor inconvenience.

Location was the best. It was the surprise destination for my partner. It was above and beyond expectations. We could not have been more pleased !!

Beautiful! I would recommend bringing bikes, We rode into Sausalito so much better then driving crazy traffic, I can't wait to come back an explore more!

A kettle would have been great to make a cup of tea. The shower wasn’t very powerful. Awkward bathroom mirror position.

Nice view, good Wi-Fi, modern appliances, easy to use thermostat. Information pack was really useful. Lovely 2 night stay.

Only downside would be that you have to pay attention to the tides. There is a handy app to keep track of high tides which makes it easy!

Clean Property, Beautiful views, and offered a kitchen with washer dryer. Close proximity to shopping, walking and dining. It was the perfect little getaway. Recommend eating at Junction Beer Garden, Equator for coffee, Watershed and RH Rooftop.

Wonderful view. Great location between Sausalito, Mill Valley and Tiburon with easy access to bike and running path. Brought our bicycles and explored area without having to deal with traffic. Unique experience watching how the daily tides come in and out in the area. Perfect for a couple getaway.

We loved the views from the dock. It was great to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This place is like a little retreat that's great to escape to after seeing the sights.

Beautiful condo above the water. Harold is an amazing host and was always reachable when we had questions. The location was awesome being close to nearby restaurants/shopping and Sausalito. Perfect location for those wanting to take the Sausalito Ferry into the city. The condo was very clean. Could have used more instructions on using the stove/oven unit but that is minimal as we had the option to use the microwave as an oven and that worked perfect. Would love to come back to this oasis away from home!
