Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe only tiny improvement we would like would the gym to be open later than 7pm.
We loved everything about Fontainebleau - the hotel is pure luxury whilst making you feel extremely welcome, even with children. The pools, restaurants and rooms are all incredible.

United States of AmericaIt was a great stay apart from Booking.com messing up our stay confirmation. The hotel didn’t have our reservation despite me showing them our confirmation from booking.com they mentioned that this was the case for serval people that might that had booked with booking.com. They did a great job to get us into our room regardless of the issue. I wasn’t happy that booking.com promised to email me that night to ensure this was resolved and they didn’t. The hotel did a better job in resolving the problem.

United States of AmericaWe wish there were an outside site to eat breakfast. Could not eat by the pool. We understood. But workers were unsure about outside eating and one sent us to a site which was closed for cleaning.
We shared 3 dishes and made that clear but the third dish was brought out purposely so he said, almost when the other 2 entrees were finished. We canceled that order and thought it odd that they were not all brought out together. Not a big problem at all. Service and food was excellent.

Each time we stayed here, the experience has been great. Basically a second home when visiting Las Vegas. The Pilates classes were great and the instructors on Thursday and Friday mornings were helpful and gave a solid workout. The gym staff were super friendly as well. The rooms are spacious, clean and very detailed with the smell and color detail. I love the pool area and the food court was great with some solid options.

United States of AmericaLeaving the property
From the moment we pulled up to the Fontainebleau, I was extremely impressed with the architecture, design, attention to detail and attentive staff. We were greeted by Casper at the front desk who upgraded our room from the 8th floor to the 61st floor with a view of the strip! The room was modern, clean, bright, functional. The bed is comfortable, water pressure is strong and plenty of room for 2 people to share the space (Bleau king). The casino, restaurants, lounges and SPA are some of the nicest in all of Vegas or in my travels in many cases. Pedro at the spa was an excellent massage therapist and the amenities are top notch. I cannot wait to return to FB- Thank you to the staff at Lapis, Mother Wolf, Bleau bar, LIV, LIV beach, Oasis pool, fitness center, La Cote, Cafe Cuto, Nona, Miami Slice, and the front desk for a truly memorable experience. Look no further for a classy, comfortable and carefree vacation!

United States of Americaoption of coffee / tea in the room.
Breakfast was across the hall from the elevators. Very convenient. It was a nightclub repurposed to be a place to hang out and enjoy the coffee. Coffee barista was very accommodating. The cinnamon bun was to die for! I got there right at 7am and avoided the rush. On another note, there is no coffee or hot water for tea in the rooms. As for the view, it was spectacular. Overlooking the SPHERE never gets boring.

United States of AmericaIt’s a little bit too far down the strip, but we really like its proximity to Encore.
Love that this property was so clean, tastefully appointed, and not overcrowded. There was a good amount of energy, but it still felt relaxing. We had gone to the Bellagio during the day and the casino halls were so packed, it felt like a zoo.

United KingdomNothing, this place is simply faultless, except for the Piggy Bank machine which only paid out $850 on a $50 / spin bonus feature :-(
Absolutely stunning hotel for everyone - families with kids, couples, on business etc. You are surrounded by luxury as soon as you step in. Everything is brand new, which for me puts this place right at the top for my next Vegas trip. Reception areas are fantastic with loads of fresh flowers. Rooms are 100% luxurious with marble bathrooms, amazing beds, and great views. Food was great too - we didn't get the chance to try all the restaurants on site, but the ones we tried were just amazing. Casino is never overcrowded like in other places on the strip (Bellagio, Wynn etc), so you feel very, very comfortable at all times. I previously always stayed at the Bellagio for my Vegas trips and was hesitating Fontainebleau for the fact that it's located a bit further away from all the buzz, but actually found it to be a good thing rather than a bad thing: you are still on the Strip but away from all the crowds. 5 minute car ride and you are in front of the Bellagio fountain. I also appreciated the fact that the casino floor did not stink of cigarettes like in those other big resorts on the strip. Staff was extremely nice and helpful throughout the resort. Unfortunately we couldn't make use of stunning swimming pools due to stormy weather, but obviously it was just bad luck and we will definitely experience it next time. Will certainly stay here many times in future.

United States of AmericaThere are a few kinks that the housekeeping and guest services need to iron out. When food was delivered, we arranged with the staff member to come and retrieve our dishes at a certain time. They didn't come and then when we got back to our room after being out, the room had been made up, but the dirty dishes were still left on the table. So clearly this is a miscommunication between two departments that needs to be figured out. I also think having water more readily available for guests is important. In a city like Las Vegas that is usually very hot and people are out drinking, they need more accessible water options.
The details in the room were great. The room size was good and the room and bathroom was very clean. We ordered room service which was really good.
