Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe only downside is that it is a little further from the rest of main stripe attractions but you have everything vegas at fountainbleu
Fountainbleu is really what you would call a simple, refine, luxurious hotel , and I loved the sense of security within the premises and cleaness and the attention to details

NetherlandsSome minor things, the shampoo and conditioner bottles weren't great. The conditioner is really hard to get out due to the bottles being relatively solid. Another small point was some of the additional offerings they had, which were not explained all that well. The 50 dollar credit per day was supposedly only spendable on areas around the pool whereas initially we thought it was all the food places around the venue. A little bit more explanation at the reception would've helped to explain that properly.
Rooms were clean, great, service was good. We ran into the cleaning crew two times (one in the morning, the other in the afternoon), both times staff was very friendly and noticed some things to add. The toilet was acting up and they immediately sent a mechanic to fix it which came around within 30 mins. Overall there was a good level of cleanness to the hotel that was greatly appreciated.

United KingdomThe location at the very North end of the strip may for some be the only real negative of this property however for our group it made zero difference and in fact the proximity to the Wynn and Encore properties more than compensated. We were allocated rooms on the lower floors of the hotel where the views are not the best - the hotel refused to consider to move us to a preferred sphere view room. The Property has a lot of retail space still not open and on occasion the upper parts did feel very quiet and at times - especially at night - akin to an airport! The casino is not as busy as other casinos and many tables are closed and not manned. Some of us wanted to use the much promoted salt sauna however a spa fee of $180 dollars for 4hrs access meant that it was too expensive for any of us. The Casino floors are beautiful however for ladies in heels there is a lot of very hard highly polished marble floors and the carpeted areas are so new that the carpet pile is quite deep - a lot of women were having to remove their shoes as walking in heels was evidently proving hard on their feet. The bars are beautiful but when the club is busy we struggles to get seated in the Bleau bar on the main casino floor and when we could we discovered that some pretty basic cocktails were very expensive and not always consistently made. Whilst the space is very beautiful and clearly high end it is so vacuous that ‘echoing’ especially of the music being played is an issue and some clever design is needed to absorb or nullify this as after a while it is off putting and guests have to shout over the din created. The sports book seated area is amazing and very comfortable. The staff waiting tables must have been busy when we attended to watch basketball as the service was very slow and awkward but overall the sports book seated area and giant high definition screens are amazing. On the other hand the bar staff in the sports book area were terrible and very poorly trained.
Excellent facilities throughout. The gym is absolutely first class - the restaurants are amazing with some of the best quality food we have ever eaten - the pool area is first rate with different zones from lively to more sedate areas but all are excellent. The poolside open casino had a great atmosphere and the dealers are fun and lighthearted - even though we lost every time we played there it was great fun. The guest rooms are excellent and well appointed even a refrigerated drink cooler is provided. We stayed for 8 nights - it is a beautiful hotel with first rate facilities.

United States of AmericaI didn’t love the $180 spa pass fee for hotel guests. That’s sort of extreme in my opinion.
Gorgeous. While it’s not in “the center” it’s worth the extra Uber ride. It’s an absolutely stunning property. Every detail has been looked after in a way where you know people are paying attention.

RomaniaFair location, though a bit far from the main attractions. Nice, cosy room, but noisy - noisy AC and even if you turn it pf there is a kind of disturbing noise. Some issues with the house keeping: one day with no service and some other day with superficial service.

United States of AmericaIt is a bit further up the strip but it has a lot of amenities so you don't really have to leave much. My one piece of feedback would be, adding coffee machines in the room, the wait for coffee downstairs in the cafe were so long in the morning :( One other thing that I recognize is out of the control of the hotel, but should be addressed somehow... the festival grounds were across the street from our room and they started playing heavy metal music at 830 am on Saturday which woke us all up. It was pretty awful given we were out until 4 am. If they could work with the festival grounds to mitigate this in the future, that would make it a more pleasant experience.
It was so clean, so beautiful and such great amenities. We ate at Papi Steak and loved it, the Tavern and the food court. Everything was so great!

United States of AmericaIt was a great stay apart from Booking.com messing up our stay confirmation. The hotel didn’t have our reservation despite me showing them our confirmation from booking.com they mentioned that this was the case for serval people that might that had booked with booking.com. They did a great job to get us into our room regardless of the issue. I wasn’t happy that booking.com promised to email me that night to ensure this was resolved and they didn’t. The hotel did a better job in resolving the problem.

United States of AmericaWe wish there were an outside site to eat breakfast. Could not eat by the pool. We understood. But workers were unsure about outside eating and one sent us to a site which was closed for cleaning.
We shared 3 dishes and made that clear but the third dish was brought out purposely so he said, almost when the other 2 entrees were finished. We canceled that order and thought it odd that they were not all brought out together. Not a big problem at all. Service and food was excellent.
