My view was the garbage cans. The other tenants were smoking near their rooms.

Room smelled like cigarettes/cigars really bad and I’m not a smoker so the smell was very overwhelming. Not to mention the cigarette burns in the beds I took pictures just in case. it was also a non smoking room. Didn’t even shower because the bathtub needs refinishing. I also had a room 134 booked originally but someone was already in that room it was filthy food and snacks laying everywhere so they got me a new room. Furniture was filthy with. Thick coat of gunk and just old. It looked like someone had lived there long term and smoked in the room non stop. Sheets looked like they weren’t changed prior to me entering. If I wasn’t so tired that day I probably would’ve asked for a refund

We r confident there were homeless people living in units on both sides of us. We were woke up in the middle of the night and at 7:45 am from people yelling to get into these units. There were visible signs of long term stay, but not suitable to mix with short time guests. Super disruptive.

Everything else. Our original room was DISGUSTING, sheets were gross. Room Was dirty. We asked for new sheets twice n never got them. Went out n bought new ones. Then found trash in the room. The fixtures were falling apart. Furniture torn up. Outlets didn't work. It smelled. We were on the outside part of the rooms (king beds) now when you stay inside (double beds) it's like they take WAY more care of it. Nicer furniture n it's actually clean but our new room didn't have a microwave (but the lobby did) breakfast is not available. The restaurant inside is not available. The laundry room is not available. Their hot tub was not hot. The amount we paid was ridiculous for our stay, then we were promised money back. But when looking at the bill we see only $23 was refunded but yet our grand total was literally still the same as when we booked and we were promised way more than $23. If it wasn't for how nice the staff was I think I'd give 0 stars. But 1 star cuz they were funny n sweet All photos are from the room. And I wish I could post them all

The staff was the ONLY thing we liked, we checked in late with a man with dark hair and a small stash, he was friendly (didn't get name) and then when we had room issues Kristen switched our rooms no questions asked (she prob knew) and then Justin the manager was also very nice

Was in older part of facility and it needed updating. It had a funky smell to it like dirty athletic bag, sweating socks and also smelled of dogs. It was not a pet friendly room yet still could smell that dogs had recently been there. Sadly this used to be our favorite place to stay, formerly served an excellent breakfast, but no longer available. 1 star for funky smell and no breakfast.

Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. 5 stars for these 2.

There was crime daily in and around the outside the building. Drug use in the parking lots. Fights and people screaming at night. I would not recommend anyone staying there. Spend a little more money and be safe. There is NO room cleaning at all. Key to the door rarely worked. Had to get 4 news keys. There is no breakfast as promised.

The AC worked well. It's a cheap motel.

There is NO free breakfast, even though it’s advertised on their website and their electric road sign. The room was not clean. Very dirty bathroom door, and light switch. Leftover razor cover in shower. Long hairs on bathroom floor. Room smelled awful. Carpet floor was sticky and had big black sticky thing near bathroom. Smoke alarm was missing, just a hole in the wall where it should be.

Was able to check in two hours early. Front desk staff was very nice. Indoor pool is good for families.

Broken door lock, smoky room, toilet ran on and off every few minutes all night, no breakfast included although it was advertised as having breakfast. 1 staff said she'd move us but that didn't happen.

Our room was horrible. Holes in the bathroom door, food stains on the walls,the toilet shifts side to at least 2 inches, it NOT secured to the floor at all. The shower head is pulled from the wall at least 2 inches. The exercis room is NOT safe at all, the weight machine cables a re worn out, the handle to pull the weights down is no more than a STICK ! This is an accident waiting to happen. The room was only cleaned ONCE in the 11 days we were there. We had to empty our own trash and find our own towels, the service is lousy here. There is false advertising on the sign out front, it states FREE BREAKFAST FROM 6-9 AM---not true there is NO BREAKFAST we told to go to Dennys down the street--------they offered NO vouchers,they just said you are on your own.

The air conditioner worked. The referigertor worked. The TV worked . Thats the best I can say about this place.

The price was affordable an the staff was nice .. expect when I tried to go swim the evening front desk lady was super rude..she literally was making me stand in my cold bathing suit because she didn't want to stop counting her drawer down an then once I was in the bathroom she checked on me every 5 mins an acted like I was taking to long in the bathroom.

They have stopped serving their amazing breakfast. of biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, now it is yogurt, dry cereal, and a waffle Maker, and you still have to prove you’re a guest with a hand written note every morning. the police were also continually there arresting, towing, raiding the outside long term-ers.

I love the indoor pool and terrarium. The plants are amazing. and the staff is not invasive

The walls in the bathroom were dirty. It looked like there was feces smeared on the wall by the toilet paper holder. There was dirt in the corners of the bathroom that had not been cleaned in some time and trash on the floor of the room under the tables and furniture that had been there awhile. The breakfast was understaffed, most stuff was gone long before end of breakfast and juice machines were broken. Our room phone was not plugged into the wall and there wasn't even a cord to plug it in and the toilet ran all night.

Staff was nice, but very very understaffed. Beds were comfortable. My son loved the pool and the pool tables.

The halls.were filthy, some.of the clientele was highly questionable, and at 10:00 pm 5 police cars, 2 fire trucks, a hazmat truck, and an ambulance converged on the premises and dealt with some issue in the hotel for 2 hours. The hotel was extremely over priced for what we got and for the dangerous, dirty environment. Do NOT stay here.

The pool was very nice and breakfast was very good.

Strong smell of urine in corridors. Hotel allows pets, and they pee everywhere. Floors, walls and hallways were extremely dirty. Too much noise at night.
