Could use new bed spreads. Burns and stains on them. Fire alarm broken. Tolet paper stuck in peephole. Half of shower floor looked like a had been appoxed but not painted. Just al around general maintenance needed.

The room was the right price for what I needed. A place to rest after being at the hospital with my wife.

Honestly the power went out on use 3-4 times due to the heater being on with the tv at the same time. Also the room service is ok but until they stole from us and well it is what it is but materials come and go in my point.

Cleanliness and minor upkeep lacking. No coffee pot fridge or microwave. To pay over $100 for a room I was hoping for at least a coffee pot. Paying for area only. I didn’t like how booking.com had a different price and only one room that I had to choose and couldn’t pick myself. But it says I choose a quiet room? In fact it was a smoking room and I’m a non smoker.

That the room next to mine had pit people in it

I made the reservation three weeks in advance on booking.com I then called the same day and asked for one of the rooms to be handicapped accessible.the gentleman I talked to told me yes he would make notes for the handicapped room. I arrived on 7/11/23 and stayed one night until 7/12/23. We had gotten two rooms I had also asked that the rooms be close together but our other room was on the 2nd floor.

Property is poorly maintained inside and out. The shower face plate was only held on with one screw and it was difficult to get the water turn on with enough water pressure to take a shower. Dusty light builds I. bath, one blown build. I would not choose this facility for another stay.

The key card was not working even after going back to the counter 3 times. The door lock wasn't working, as a solo traveler, this was not a confortable and safe room.

The poor review is for corporate...the gentleman working there were very professional and tried their best to make me happy, but corporate gives them little to work with. The building is falling apart, the power went out in my room on day 2 and I just had to leave. There were lots of flies too. Room was super cheap, but would have paid more for better accommodations.

The room was clean. Corporate: You need to fix this building...the power is sketchy and its just crumbling!!!
