I had to catch a couple of big bugs in my room. There was a kitchenette, but didn’t have anything to allow me to boil water for a cuppa in the evening.

Breakfast was basic pick up and go options but I appreciated the porridge a lot and plenty of tea and coffee

I specifically asked that they have only 2 Boiled Eggs and a slice of toast ready for me when I leave early that morning and promised it was not a problem. Next morning nothing, they didn't even have eggs or toast, and I just left as I didn't have time.

It was a quick in and out for one night as I had booked another hotel. It's on 17th Street which is a great location with many restaurants.

Room was relatively clean for arrival but we were across from Trash room and had roaches in our room at one point. Shower needed scrubbed better, shower curtain had dried glob of tooth paste or soap on it. TV had bars glitching across the screen from previous damage it seemed? Towels and bedding were clean though and front desk was helpful with supplying dishes/extra blanket for the room.

Staff was polite and were able to assist with requests. Breakfast station left much to be desired but was stocked each day. Room was relatively clean for arrival but we were across from Trash room and had roaches in our room at one point.

The fact that someone was sleeping in the hallway of the 2nd floor was a little disturbing. But I left them alone and they left me alone so I did not complain. Maybe the facility needs to check the hallways for individuals that are not patron of the hotels.

The location was right next to the Broward County Convention Center which was awesome, I price was better than most and affordable. As far as breakfast it was a continental style with bagged food (muffins) and fruit.

The curtain was broken. The refrigerator was dented. Anything metal was rusty. The appearance of the room was shabby.

Breakfast was really disappointing. We expected not much, but this was way below our expectation. Only some pre packed strawberry yoghurt and oats in a sachet. Not even bread or something like that.

The room. It was very big! And we had a bath. The beds were above our expactations as well.

Place smell like smoke..I guess you can't control people smoking in the rooms but it was horrible the smell, plus the towels are old left stuff all over your body definitely need an update..

We did not receive the complimentary breakfast stated and we came during breakfast hours. My first room reeked of mildew and marijuana. The guy who check us out was not friendly and unprofessional.

"Interesting" people would enter the premises which made me wonder if a homeless camp was nearby or if they were being provided accomodations in this facility.

Found a dead lizard behind a chair. Evident that it just did not happen that day, so makes me wonder when was the last time the area had been cleaned. Breakfast was included, WHAT breakfast??? Coffee and porridge packets…that’s all. Was no bowls to even combine with hot water. Night person even mentioned was not really a breakfast so not like they ran out. False advertisement as far as I am concerned. Very disappointing overall!! Would not recommend based on price paid.

Location was good. Close to I-95 and ocean. Lots of restaurants in the area. Quiet area for time of travel. Appeared to be safe area. Front desk person was very friendly.

It smelled, floors in our room were dirty, they didn’t have forks, which we expected to have since it had a kitchenette, the grab and go breakfast wasn’t really a breakfast at all. The elevator only worked half the time

It is a bit older and run down but still reasonable. One elevator was not working. The breakfast is mainly just coffee and a muffin. Rooms really have no decent view.

Spacious room with all the amenities. Good for long stays and if you want to save some money, it is an excellent value. Excellent location if you are going to the convention center.

The way of the parking lot wasn’t great. The beds are also not the most comfortable.

The location is excellent because it’s walking distance from the convention center and there is a lot of food options close.
