The tiki bar stayed open till 2am+ and you could sometimes hear loud people late at night in the hall.

The unit was very large and the facility was clean and refreshed. Valet parking made it easy to get your car and travel around town

The property was not the cleanest when we arrived, some of the outdoor furniture was very rundown and two of the beds were about to break at the end of them. Also the owner required us to pay a security deposit to his personal venmo that was not noted in the listing. He threatened to cancel our listing if we did not pay this deposit.

The location was everything. Steps to the beach. Tiki Bar had excellent food and drinks. Little coffee shop in the lobby. Grocery and shopping were only a couple blocks away. Owner was very helpful and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed for a happy stay.

The Air conditioning unit in the living, kitchen, dining rooms was not working from day 1. I contacted the owner on day 2, but was only told he was attempting to locate an AC specialist. My additional attempts to get a status update during the week from the owner went unanswered... Also, for 6 guests, there were only two hand towels, and 3 wash towels. One of the wash towels had to be used to silence the constant dripping sink in the guest room dressing area.

The proximity to the beach was great, as was the tiki bar/restaurant and service staff. The pool and area was also nice. The parking attendants were very nice and service oriented.

The property was great. It had an awesome glass and patio the window slide open. There’s a view of the ocean on the side/back. it was clean and had everything we needed. It’s awesome having the tiki bar and beach right downstairs.

The building is old and needs updated. The unit was dirty. The furniture and linens were ripped. Walls and ceilings need repaired. The condo reeked of marijuana upon entering. You couldn’t take a cooler to the beach — staff literally checked your bags to make sure you didn’t. Overall very disappointing.

Nothing, everything was amazing.

The location in AMAZING! It can't be beat. There's a beautiful pool with a view of the ocean, and when you want to take a break from the pool then you can take a few steps and you'll be in the ocean. There's a bar and restaurant poolside that's open until 2am. Amazing food and drinks! Order poolside, to go, or sit and eat with a view of the beach. The nights spent here were the best part of our trip. The lobby is also beautiful and has a little coffee stand with good coffee. Host was amazing. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and very nice. He even mailed my son's belongings after they were left behind (teenagers..). We would go to Florida again only to stay here

Valet parking made it accommodative for our stay. check in process was easy, so was parking. View is by the beach and was treated to complementary bottle. Rooms were up to par in my opinion. Only problem I’ve had was that I didn’t have enough to enjoy the unit since I came to vacation 😂. Host touched base on everything and went smooth. My family an I have scored a GREAT deal below what the host usually charges on this resort and was worth it !! surrounded by highly recommended restaurants and convenient stores for to purchase personal goods. overall was a great experience.

kitchen too old, needed maintenance

Not worth the price. Kitchen was old and poor maintained. The property in general needs a renovation and better maintenance. Not worth the cost!

they told me there were five beds but didn’t mention that two were inflatable beds. It mentioned a sofa bed but the “sofa bed” was just a recliner; one, which didn’t even work. there were 3 actual beds in total and we had to fit 11 people in there. the bathroom and hallways on our floor smelled like weed and cigarettes our whole trip. the floor was dirty and molded. the kitchen was just terrible. the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling off and there was just nasty mold and poorly cleaned stuff when you look closer in the hotel like the sink, floor, kitchen, lights, etc. one of the ends of the bed were broken and the broken part was kept behind the bed. they wanted me to pay a $320 secretary deposit after we already paid $1k+ for the hotel room. i never even got the security deposit email to begin with but the owner notified me once we got into the room. the floors were poorly swept. we also had construction on the floor above us which was very disturbing. once we got into the room, the pillowcases and sheets were dirty like they had skid marks and we talked to the owner but the owner said that they were clean and that if they we think they’re dirty, we can clean them in the laundromat in the basement. there was a wasps nest in the balcony and it stated that we had an oceanview but we had a hotel view. the owner or person we talked to about the hotel room was unprofessional and barely made our trip memorable. it seemed like he didn’t really put in any effort to help us and seemed irritated when we asked questions. don’t recommend, please don’t book.

The condo was very very dirty and rundown! The kitchen was dirty, the vents and exhausts fans had dirt and dust hanging out of them, the bathroom sink dripped all night and there was water coming out of the ceiling vent between the bedroom and bathroom. The tub drain stopper was broken. The so called ocean view was a very small corner outside and the glass was so dirty you could hardly see out! If we hadn’t just drove all day to get there I would have left and tried to find something else but I didn’t want to make my kids get back in the car.

It was nice having the tiki bar and restaurant right there.

Property has it all. Very good restaurant, beach access, tiki bar, and very close to stores. Could access everything with a short walk or Uber ride. Definitely recommend. Owners were great.
