People using power saw and drill, too much noise. Bed was not comfortable. you could feel the springs as you lay in the bed. There was a ugly stain or piece of shower floor damaged. Only half the cable channels came in. Smelled weed outside. There was no security lock on door. Had to have my room key lock recoded. Wasn't happy. Also this particular hotel has a bad reputation.

Ok, now for the only thing I didn't like, and it was obvious throughout the reviews: The roaches. Granted, a business can only fumigate so much to control/get rid of the problem and that they can't control other people's nastiness, realistically, it's still a problem, whether you have one or a handful. I know other folks said the same thing, but, again, I can't base my booking decisions solely on other reviews. So, I found out for myself that these people were right. However, I still don't regret my decision to book a reservation here, and I will do it again should the fumigation and the cleanliness of the rooms be a lil more frequent. Aside from this one minor inconvenience, I enjoyed my stay overall.

I peeped all the reviews that were left prior to me making the reservation, and in spite of all the bad reviews I saw, seeing as how I was already familiar with this property, I decided to go ahead and give it another chance because you can't base your booking decisions solely on other reviews, not to mention that some of those people who leave bad reviews are NEVER satisfied with anything. So, this is my review: The staff was extremely attentive and very courteous every time I went down to the front desk for something, which was only twice, with one of those times being a maintenance issue. After I reported the issue, the lady notified the maintenance guy expeditiously, and he was as prompt as he could be, which was exactly within 5-10 minutes. Had he not been busy elsewhere in the facility at the time he was called, he would've been there sooner. Also, the members of the staff that I did encounter were very nice and as personable as I am, and I happened to make a new friend in the process. (Hey, Viva!! 🙂 👋👋) The overall straightforward professionalism was what I expected and what I appreciated the most. So, I'll drink to that!! 🍻🍻🍻

Broke a bottle inside room ...no broom or dust pan to clean it...asked but no response from desk....then day we left on tight schedule for airport we were told they're keeping deposit as room wasn't clean ...even though there was nothing to clean it up with.!!!!! The cleaning crew and desk are probably pocketing it as it was a cash deposit....owners beware

The staff and the fact that I got lock out of my room for over 3 hrs with my son at 9pm because no one was there to fix the lock and the rude attendant would not put me in another room even though the manager told her too! The staff didn’t follow their own linen changing rules! I was there 30 and I only received cleans towels once even though I asked for some but the same very rude refused me towels and linen! Other than that the other occupants were nice and some staff was cool.

Too much weed smoking around the property,not a good place for kids, and after 11 pm at night you can't find anyone who works at the property,and a lot of people sitting around in cars late at night most of the time I didn't really feel safe there., Not a good place if you don't smoke

The staff was rude. Very rude. The free wife never worked. The amount of loud loitering and smells at all hours of the day and night that envelope the room, overtake the stay. Advertised as smoke free, with cigarette butt everywhere and heavy lingering smells of Marijuana abundantly unavoidable through doors/windows/vents. You are not allowed more than tge roll of toilet paper provided upon entry and given only 2 shower towels. 2 washcloths. 1 hand towel. 1 bath mat. For 7 days. You are required to stay at minimum, 7 days until any services such as fresh towels and linens or toiletries are provided!
