Overpriced for a room that could use updating-marks and dings in tile, doors etc. Some mildew issues in tub. Not too appealing. Room looked a bit rundown but the community areas were nice.

Breakfast good, well stocked. Need to offer unsweetened, unflavored creamers along with the specialty creamers. Not everyone wants sweet coffee. Staff very accommodating. Room clean and presentable, reasonably quiet. Bed was comfortable. A/C adequate. Fridge was a nice bonus

The 2am screaming coming from the pool area... The back door was held open by a wet floor sign... Not safe... Near the hotels elevator... Most hotels have pool hours and they never go beyond 10-11pm Definitely not to 2am. Only one elevator working... No carts available... Had to make several trips to the front and I went out to get food... When I came back neither card key worked. It went red... Once again I had to go back downstairs to get the keys fixed. . I just felt inconvenienced the entire trip.

Pictures of rooms VS reality was way off. our door only had one lock. the swinging latch on door was broken. Sheets were stained up pretty bad and sheets were rough/starchy feeling. Bed was sank in, felt pretty old. Our bathroom floor was cracked - needed maintenance. Only one elevator in the entire hotel - second one was temporarily out of service. made for longer walk to get to and from room each time.

In a good part of town, felt safe. Outside of building and landscaping were aesthetically pleasing. Pool and hot tub area was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was typical. yogurts, coffee, breads, eggs, bacon, juices and fruit. Publix, fast food, gas stations near by.

I hate to say this but we responded to a promotion via Booking.com that stated our room was supposed to be $84 per night, they picked the Hotel and we were charged $257.00 for our room. My math and yours didn't add up. Please respond back to me with an explanation. The rug was dirty and the bath tub had excess calking around the drain. The air conditioner was very noisy.

The breakfast was a plus and quite enough. It was close enough for a quick drive to our family and we arrived a bit early and we were allowed to check in. The staff smiles were a big plus.

the rooms were outdated. carpeting in room needs to be replaced. the paint on the walls and cabinets were peeling. and there was HEAT in the hallways, this is florida we do not need heat. also the complimentary breakfast was below average.

the location for the event was perfect. the front desk in person was great however when calling them to inform them of a situation in the room we were placed on hold for over 10 minutes.

Maintenance, bathroom fan is not working, flush tank lever was broken, got fixed but was installed upside down, door locks are loose, trash bags in hallway, cheap outlets

They left trash bags in hallways overnight it was bad. Plus the heat was on in hallways that stiffled guests. The pool needed skimming lots of debris. The key didnt work for keypad in front outside area behind front desk for anyone.

Found the hotel room to be in poor condition ... my word would be shabby. It is an aging hotel that really shows it wear. Broken tiles at entry to the hotel ... door frames in the room are lacking paint and chipped ... ventilation and AC not function well. I didn't feel comfortable staying there and would not rebook.

The bathroom was clean but old fixtures.

Dated, hallways were hot and musty, no one came to clean the room, bathroom light was out, since i was only there to sleep it did its purpose not sure if i would stay again.
