Always the same breakfast ! ( I stayed 8 days and they always served “ Burguers , Eggs and Pancakes” and I didn’t pay an small amount of money , The Clean Servíce didn’t grab the trash daily they grab it really often , Also they didn’t clean the floor in my room , they only made your bed ! ..

We stayed for a week and there was only strawberry/banana yogurt..and there was only sausage patties and cheese omelets. Would be nice to see a choice of yogurts and maybe hardboiled eggs now and then. The hot tub had a foot of foam while the jets were activated!

The room was nice, bed was comfy. The location is great, close enough to restaurants and shops but not so close that it was hectic. The staff at the checkin/out counter were friendly and nice.

The way we waited almost 8 hours, just about a whole shift to have our room cleaned, we went out in the morning to return in the afternoon and still the room was not serviced or cleaned.

I liked how Landy was so professional at check in and out, he was pleasant and knowledgeable of his job. Landy, and two other staff members were the only pleasant and happy faces for our whole trip.

One rude person in house keeping. But thanks to all of the front desk team who were all so friendly and accommodating I chose to ignore her unprofessional attitude.

The elevators were scary only 4 people allowed and one time and the doors would get stuck and it moved extremely slow.

Noise from other guests in hallways late at night from 1am-3am. Other guests and some staff having conversations in front of my door often in the daytime. Guests next door to right had a kid who banged all night on the walls and ran up and down the hallways banging on my door and other guests late at night.Noise from large trucks running all night parked under the hotel's windows rattling with loud noises, along with cars who play loud music or tv from cars at 2am. Due to all the noise I had to pay additional money for a suite to have peace and quiet. Before I booked the suite A tailored surgical garment I paid $300 for along with the compression pillow. Thereafter a large tigers eye precious gem stone disappeared from out of my property on from the suite. I also observed that maintenance workers had been in my suite without permission and thereafter I noticed my stone missing along with some type of green liquid on my floor. I advised the hotel staff to leave a note for no one to enter my hotel suite unless I requested. Because of my missing items, when I leave out I have to put my tape recorder on. I have a lot of valuable items in my suite. I made a complaint and have a case number on everything I mentioned. The manager Marie did accommodate me with only 1 complimentary night for all of my concerns which was better than nothing.

Staff is very pleasant. Breakfast is very accomadating. When my items disappeared from my property Marie gave me a free night even though she could not determine what happened with my missing items. I spent $2000.00 on my stay here at this location thus far.
